I think i played this horribly

Lol touche to you sir. I guess my concern is where is this a solid shove and where do I need to instead make a 3-bet' (ie how many bb's would i need for a 3-bet' like 25 or more like 30)

Corporations are not double taxed. Corporations are legal seperate entities as businesses (hence limited liability). Corporations have every right a citizen of the US has, minus the right to vote. Therefore a corporation has to pay taxes on its profits. Then its shareholders have to pay taxes on the dividends....

Middle Tourney Pla
Hello all I seem to be finishing a lot of tournies in the top 20 or 25 percent of the field...which gets me absolutely nothing. The problems seems to be that I never really have a lot of chips during this stage and I end up having to shove with something marginal and unless I get lucky I go busto. Advice'

I agree...a smallish bet on the flop could entice some people to stick around and i feel a check on the flop limits your options on the turn...as a bet on the turn would hold a lot more weight after a checked flop

Although the 8x raise could be a sign that he is looking to take down a smaller pot right then. I would argue he doesn't want to see a flop and u could shove.

Don't get me wrong they are very talented, but they can not string together two or three good games together to save their lives. Also, Finals are won with defense and the Lakers are only a so-so defensive team.

NBA FINALS PREDICTIONS
So the game just started and I wanna hear what everyone thinks...I'm goin Magic in 7 with Magic winning 1,3,4,7. They are just a fking nightmare for any team and they force teams to play their style of Bball. Also, the Lakers never seem to play their best...they are probably one of the biggest chronic underachieving teams of the last few years...but lets hear it y'all I love a good sports debate!
