FTPDOUG - ALL MY HOLE CARDS DISAPPEARED DURING A MULTI-TABLE SESSION! I was playing about 6-8 $3.50 turbos and suddenly all my hole cards vanished, I was trying to minimize and maximize to see if they'd come back and MOST OF MY HANDS I WAS INVOLVED IN timed out. I Pod or Not? In the past i have always liked using an Ipod at the table. It gave me a sense of security and i also liked the fact it concealed information of mine and it was also easier for me to read players without them knowing how observant i am. I was told by a very good player to get rid of the Ipod and that its not necessary i a 1/2 NL game and it was actually killing my action as players tend not to feel comfortable playing pots with me. After reading Navarro and Hellmuths book on Tells. I'm thinking of using it again. I want to get a more robotic image so i don't leak off tells. ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

I know how it feels. huge downswings are extremely tilting when they happen Last week I had a -$200 downswing on stars playing $5, $10 and a few $20 DON's........... At one point I lost like FOUR ... 4-tbl sessions in a row.... I wasnt playing my worst I was just getting every suckout and cooler under the sun.
