I just bought season tickets to the Miami Dolphins, but live in Denver. I bought them to get my foot in the door, then upgrade every year. This...but when does your semestar end' If you going to win, you need something to pop quickly and get the most bang for your buck! There is a lot of crap and a lot of good advice on here, but you are capped by time. I love the ETF idea, but you need more time for that to play out and "win the game". Find a sector that has lagged the most recent upswing, and look into some stock with good fundamentals. Then dig into the charts and see if you can make a big pop. Look at the P/E, P/B, beta, short interest, etc. When do you have to decide on a stock'

Miami Dolphins to hire Jeff Fisher.
Who else is gonna come here better' Cowher won't, Dungy won't, Gruden prolly won't. Not many names better. We don't need a current OC or DC. We need tested, experience. Fisher has been to the big game and made playoffs several times. He's not the savior, but he is a strong piece to add to the puzzle.

Who works in retail?
I am a store manager at Office Depot, and most of what is said in above posts is correct as far as retail management. If you are in retail and not in management, you will not get paid well and you probably don't have much drive or ambition. If you are driven and retail is your path, then management is where you want to be. Especially GM's or Store Management. You have pretty decent decent bonus opportunities in these positions and can bank quite a bit. But like R_U NUTS said, you gotta put in the hours. Like they always say, retail isn't for everyone.
