AK help in shove/flat spot
I am just curious how you guys analyze my equity in the pot though' What range and likelihood do you assign the CO' Ultimately not being results oriented, but what happened is I did shove and the CO folded 25% of his stack, and I won the pot. I thought I probably had little fold equity at the time but now thinking I may have a lot. Basically I think a lot of the time, he either has AA/KK as a trap, or hes calling to fold to RR. Probably less frequent that hes flatting / calling it off with like 66 or ATo. I guess

QQ Difficult Spot
For some reason I really hate betting the flop because it folds out all of the hands in his range I am crushing, and it keeps around the hands crushing me. By betting I would only get value from 88-JJ. Most of his range is drawing to 3 or 4 outs (AK is a repop hand by anyone decent here IMO) so I really dont think the free card is a disaster against any 1 hand although there are a lot of scare cards. Once he bets the turn I obviously have just a bluff catcher and I just didnt feel he has enough 9s in his range vs bluffs to fold. I dont know that a 9x hand donks there all that often. The ...

Trouble spot for me...
^^ Obviously it helps to be able to narrow the range but I am guessing ATo is crushing almost everyones M=4 button shoving range so I actually dotn think this matters too much unless he is literally so tight its redic.

Trouble spot for me...
My gut feeling would be to call but I would just pokerstove it. Probably a consevative range would be something like 22+, Ax, Kx, Q7+, J9+, T9 Im guessing you have tons of equity. Plus right after the bubble you do see people shoving lighter than normal sometimes especially in spots this favorable so I would be shocked if you didnt have at least 60-65% equity in the pot

Re:Good fold in $1/2 Game...?
your bet sizing is so weak that this could mean anything. i guess you have to call and lose 60% of the time or whatever, because you sized bets so weak. an overpair here should be betting 80-100% pot if youre that worried about a big pot just check the flop.

Re:1/2 nl live hand advice
allin makes no sense. A set is not calling 200 more with 4 spades out there. The best spade other then the case 4s, that he could have is the Q, and there is no way Qs calls 200 more either god shoving is so bad

Re:15k ST bubble hand
unless hes been floating a lot and stealing on turn i dont see the return on taking such a risk here. probably just fold makes sense. plus there is always some value in cashing, and if you are going to ship your entire stack randomly with no read, might as well wait to cash before doing it.

Re:$2-5 Cash Live OOP with AA very deep
i dont think its so much about the hand, but it seems like you were afraid to lose a lot of money here. the whole time im guessing you were managing pot size versus trying to make an optimal play. the check/call only way to get paid off arguement is not holding water to me. i think if u win some buyins and get uncomfortable like that just leave and come back shorter in a bit.

Re:SNG grind feedback
thanks a lot, awesome articles on that site. One thing i see a lot at all levels is the calling ranges tend to expand a lot. How does that change your pushing ranges' i.e. if the calling range is typically something like any pair, most aces, KJ+, JQ - I have a hard time knowing when to push marginal holdings like 22, 910s, etc is there a good article on the low buyin sng theory out there'

SNG grind feedback
been 12 tabling 6.50 turbos on PS for a few weeks and have a decent sample now that I was analyzing. Most interesing is how my places have been breaking down (below). Was curious : my distribution of in the money finishes is mostly 3rd, and least of all 1sts. Also I get 4th a lot. I try to use the harrington recommendation of really prioiritizing getting in the money. But was curious, is this a sign i need to be more agressive on the bubble, mabye missing the money more but also getting more 1sts and less 3rds ' Or would you account the distribution more to luck in the 700-table sample' (i ...
