Will we be less popular with online poker sites. UK players
Pretty sure they take it from stars profits and will have minimal effect on players bar the vip rewards being of a lower rate as a result

KQ with 19 BB middle pos
I do kind of see where your coming from. I know theres times I'll pass up a marginal spot to a big raise where otherwise I might have played back. However, it isn't just these times that were talking about. If we are doing this with hands such as KQ where we aren't going to be calling a shove it becomes pretty obvious because I doubt we are gona do that with AA KK in the same spot. Add to that it's gona cost us a hell of alot more when it doesn't work and I don't think its a great strategy

JJ facing 3bet shove at PS $5 final table
Nutted' Seriously' If he had us crushed here you think he would just rip it in' Id say qq is possible but his range is heavily weighted away from aa and kk. I totally agree with the flat. We underrep our hand by flatting and make it juicy for the shove stacks behind. Also if we get 4b jj becomes gross. So we get someone to shove behind, yes its from a bigger stack than you wanted but im delighted to flick the call in. Would also be an intreresting spot if a shorty jams and utg reshoves because we are so underrepped

Question about AA
When I flat AA in this spot its because the opener is relatively short and we feel we are losing value from the occasions when they fold to our 3b. For this reason I am going to be flatting on this kind of board. If we dont feel they are going to have a strong hand pre-flop in this spot (is this the reason we flat'), this flop doesn't smash their range. i.e. the hands that stack pre are the only ones that do now(and some that don't AQ AK). So keep all his bluffs in there and let him barrel turns. With different flop textures I may be more inclined to raise flops and in and out of position ...

The Big $5.50, $20K Gtd-100 left - Flatting 3B in pos with KK v Aggro Villain.
I'd say that's a bit results oriented. Does he play it perfectly if the villain has 89s, because when he minraises he folds out this kind of hands that can barrel turns and extract more chips from this situation. I also agree with Tyson with regards to the VPIP: PFR difference, we are going to be losing alot of chips by not playing with the pre-flop initiative and this has been one are where I have worked a lot on, trying a higher % of resteals and have found its generated a lot of post-flop chips for myself through opponents c/f flops. I would evaluate some of the hands you flat with and ...

Am I missing value playing lowstakes on only Stars and FT?
I've been wondering about this for a while. I've tried other sites before but didn't make much of their micro tournament schedules and was wondering whether others have any positive experiences of lowstakes on other sites, or whether it is OK given that I am not really struggling to fill my day with tourneys on these two sites. For the record I usually play tournaments up to $22 or 3r

First hand of a $3 donkament on Stars. Is this shove the best way to get value?
I say we fold out 10x from a person who has an idea of what they are doing but in a $3 tourney first hand unless we recognise the name we can take them as being a pretty bad player who might not be capable of leading out and then folding their 10x

First hand of a $3 donkament on Stars. Is this shove the best way to get value?
It's obviously not the optimal way to play it, but first hand of an MTT I like doing this sort of thing when your most likely to get some crazy call. For the same reason I'll often jam AA pre over a 60 raise, not because its optimal but quite often you will get called by some silly hands enough to make it a decent move.
