OP has good wit as well as mix of subtlety and and in-your-face humor. I laughed quite a few times through the act. If you want constructive criticism, I'd say work on the the flow. A 10-14 minute standup routine should be like a symphony. You need a theme that runs through the entire bit, and builds to a climax at the end. You can take short detours, but always come back toward the hook. End with some of your funnier or more shocking jokes because the last 2-3 things people hear is what they will remember. How can we reduce property tax?
Maybe with proper understanding of fucking prepositions and articles the OP would've realized he bought a foreclosed upon house and therefore the city was going to assess a property tax value that was based off the market value, not the sale price.

Best hotel for around 100$ a night in vegas in april?
It's just barely off the strip (~1 block) but the MGM signature towers are the shiiiiit. They're connected to the MGM grand, and maybe a 5 min walk from planet hollywood and the city center. They're fully-equipped condos (w/balcony!!) and they run about $100 a night. Definitely my favorite place.

College Basketball Game Day Thread
The overall #1 seed is supposed to have the easiest #2 and the easiest #4 seed. Period. If "they try to balance 1-16 for similar points in each region" then why even bother to rank teams within each seed. It would be pointless. Again, you can justify anything, but UK as a 4 seed last year was a complete joke. Not only are they a 4 seed, they get the BEST #1 seed's bracket, and you know it's all fucky. Personally, I believe only the higher seed should have preference in regard to location. Conference matchups...fine...but why are we going out of our way to make sure UNC and Duke get as ...

touché. A mixture of incompetence and individual bias definitely leads to some pretty mind numbing boards the committee has put up in the past. Still don't understand why there are not qualified professionals put in charge of the task of seeding the tournament, accompanied by a strict set of guidelines that would prohibit ambiguity and inconsistency.

You're going strictly by RPI, which the tournament committee has stated numerous times that THEY DO NOT DO. The "official" use of the RPI is supposed to be limited to comparing bubble teams OR as a final factor when two teams are nearly indistinguishable. The committee has also drilled home that the FINAL 10 games and the "eye test" are far more important than ANY RANKING SYSTEM. In other words: "We're the NCAA, and we can do whatever the hell we want". They had already been together for almost a full season by that game. Don't act like it was a full calendar year ago or something. They were blown out just 2 games later BTW. And lost again 4 games after that. Teams obviously get better if they're together and can develop chemistry, etc. But I'm just not seeing how UNC is such a unanimous pick for #1 when they didn't exactly finish the season strong, and early season results haven't really shown they've added any big pieces. Besides, I haven't seen UNC playing very good defense yet either. You'd think a team who has "a year together" ...

I know Marshall is a good passer. And I'm not up in arms but you did call him "an elite, pass-first, true PG". And after you did that 3 different people said that no one used the term "elite" to describe Kendall Marshall. We'll see how effective he is on December 3rd vs. one of the best defenses in the country. And 'grats on the highlights against 4 unranked teams. I'm sure those squads wouldn't make anyone else look good either. Oh, and thanks for reminding me that UNC should've lost to FREAKING MIAMI in the ACC-T last year too...with the same JUGGERNAUT they're putting on the floor ...

The coaches don't even vote themselves in that poll. And even if they did, don't you think it's kind of silly to have coaches, who are consumed with their own teams 7 days a who never get to watch any other basketball to be voting on the strength of every team' It's ridiculous. You obviously didn't look that hard: And you're damn right I watch the game through UK tinted glasses. But what you fail to understand is, around here, we live, breath, eat, sleep, shit college basketball. Not just Kentucky, but all college basketball. I follow recruiting on a daily basis. Watching who's getting picked up, who's transferring, who is making strides with the big players (c'mon 'Bazz, you know UCLA sucks) I will be streaming 3 way ESPN 3 split screen at 2:30 today, for three NCAA-B games you probably won't even know exist.
