Re:The Offical "TID MENLO!!!!" Thread Way to go, buddy. Hey, here's an idea...how about the next time you win a major tournament you let someone in your family know, so they don't learn about it on Facebook! Very proud of you. Look forward to seeing you next week and railing at Foxwoods. Pops Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(4): Menlo/rdcrsn/P0KERPR033 Menlo has promised me that if he dials down his online play after turning 21 this summer, he will relent and finally tutor me so I can take his place, quit my day job, and at least keep the online winnings within the family... Not. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(3): Mr. Menlo to be featured on next week's show! Isaac has asked me to post this reply on his behalf: “Dear Fife, I owe every morsel of my success to date entirely to my father. He is the perfect blend of things you would want in a Dad: brilliant, caring, kind, hysterically funny, generous to a fault, patient, loving, disarmingly handsome and well built, thrifty, brave, clean, reverent, and modest. I’m not entirely sure what you mean by a ‘downswing,’ as I have never experienced one. But if I did, I am sure my Dad would handle it impeccably, with good humor and real class, just like he handles everything in life. Sincerely, ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(7): Bill Ivey just busted Mr Menlo in the 2 Mill G WCOOP 5 FWIW, I was watching the hand (though barely awake, so not precise on the details). I believe the blinds were 30K/60K and Isaac's initial raise was in the 125K vicinity. Ivey paused for a good 15-20 seconds and came back with a raise of around 625K, and Isaac came back all-in (almost immediately, if memory serves). If I have any of this wrong, I am sure someone here will correct/clarify. I think Isaac was at around 3.4M chips at that point. Posted in: Poker Discussion |
