No it is not "reasonable". In todays environment of on time/next day it is reasonable to expect to be able to be paid in a much quicker time frame. It is astounding to me how people can justify idiocy because a greater idiocy exists. There was once a time that people felt it "reasonable" to delay a withdrawal of deposited funds and allowed to "float" deposits for a week and collect interest from your money all the while.
