Re(3): 10r adding more starting chips? It's unlikely we would keep the new chip levels and still have 15 minute levels... it's already a long game. Thoughts on keeping the new 2,000 starting chips & 4,000 chip add-on, changing to 12 minute levels, and changing the pay structure from ~20% to ~15%' Regards, Mike Jones PokerStars Poker Room Management Team Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(3): Poker Stars Needs Step SnGs Hello PocketFives, We do hear you, and step SNGs are still something which we are seriously considering. Last time I posted on this subject I mentioned that there are technical hurdles which must be overcome before we can offer this sort of tournament set up. We are working on those and it is entirely possible that Steps are in PokerStars' future. In the meantime, rest assured that we realize there is demand and that we're PokerStars... of course we're listening to player feedback! Re(2): New Idea For Million Satellite Hello Pocket Fives, This is an intersting idea, but it's not something we can implement at present because of software restrictions with the way our shootout tournaments work. We're always improving our software though, and we'll keep this idea in mind for the future. As for emailing templates to Support, we appreciate player feedback but it's not necessary to mass mail us a template... We read the forums too! Re(7): support@pokerstars.com Steps please...... I am viewing the thread, and the support is noted! Whether we implement steps or not, it will take a while, so I must ask for patience. Cheers, Mike Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): support@pokerstars.com Steps please...... No customer suggestion sent to PokerStars ends up in "File 86." We take player feedback very seriously and whenever practical we act upon it. We database all suggestion emails sent to PokerStars and use this information to help us set priorities. The desire for step SNGs has been noted, and the idea is being considered. I can't promise anything beyond that, but always know that PokerStars is listening. Regards, Mike Jones PokerStars Poker Room Management Team Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(7): sattys on stars (schedule question) We'll swap places with the $3 turbo rebuy sat at 21:35 for the $39 rebuy sat at 23:35 for a week and see how it goes. Look for this change to go into effect starting on the evening of April 1. Regards, Mike Jones PokerStars Poker Room Management Team Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): The $8.80 DS to Sunday mil.... We regret any inconvenience caused by the cancellation issues with the $8.80 double shootout satellite. They've been removed for the rest of the night. We'll correct the problem as soon as possible and hopefully have them running again on Thursday night. Regards, Mike Jones PokerStars Poker Room Management Team Posted in: Poker Discussion |
