+1 American Military There is an interesting section in the book Starship Troopers about how many lives must be in danger before the use of Military force can be justified in effecting a rescue. Lets say you won the mega millions... My wife and I have had some pretty interesting discussions around this concept. With $200 million we would both no doubt quit our current jobs, but we would do so in the right way. that means we would give proper notice, but also be willing to extend that notice a reasonable amount until our replacements were properly trained. The reason so many lotto winners go broke is that they think it will be impossible to spend all that money. We would take 10% the money and lock it away in a non-callable term deposit for 5 years. Saw a cable 10 interview with Rik Emmett many years ago, and he talked about perfectly his solos in high school gigs. He used to use the Whole Lotta Love riff as his starting point. '70 - '75 >>> '80 - '85 >>> '90 - '95 Just going over the brief lists posted, along with the add-ons to each made by other posters makes me certain that this is the correct assessment. The '70 - '75 list didn't even include Aerosmith, as both Toys in the Attic and Rocks came out at that time. Having listened to the music created in all three of those time periods, there is no question to me where the more talented musicians were. Sir Alex Ferguson Is Retiring The big rumour has always been that Moyes was just biding his time. He might now get the chance to prove what he can do "with a budget". Anyone who thinks Mourinho choses Chelski over ManU is dreaming in Technicolor. Jose is probably salivating at the opportunity, especially as it means he can rub it in Abramobitches face when ManU takes title #21 next season. Neville is the only likely former player to get a look in, but I think he is going to be the "next one" down the road ways. Holt FML with bitcoins Probably not, as the roll out would have come via established banking institutions that had already gained widespread trust and acceptance among the populace as a whole. Debit Cards might be a better analogy. I remember dating a girl whose Father was a VP at RBC during the introduction of Debit Cards back in 1990. London, ON, was a test city, and had 6 retailers that had the machines. Still remember the look on the cashier's face when my g/f told her she wanted to use her debit card to pay for gas.
