No he didn't check raise me, he led straight out, thats the thing aswell, If im in poss, and raising preflop, I'd probably lead the flop aswell, but instead of checking his set, he led right out. Probably cause the board had 2 spades, and he was scared. As for earlier, My raise with 3 limpers maybe a bit weak preflop, even tho I used the "magic" potbet button on FTP,, But I was trying to cover my hand, hoping an Ace didn't flop, and extract as much as possible. ps: really difficult to get a feel early in a tourney, when the tables are shifting as players bust ...

Like I said, I raise pre, he calls, he's UTG and bets: 400 on the flop, I reraise to 1100, He Goes allin!

Overpair Vs Set?? How to get away?
Overpair vs Set, this keep happening to me alot, in tournaments where I feel I play good solid poker, looking to get deep. This just happened in the $750k at FTP. Im on the button with blinds 25/50, I have about 3600 in chips (avg: 3200), three limpers ahead of me, and I look down at pocket Kings, I do a standard raise, which I will do whatever hand to 225, two of the limpers call. Pot: 725 Flop: Q-9-2 two spades. First guy raises to 400, second guy folds, I reraise to 1100, First guy goes ALL-In and He covers me by 100 in chips, I call, he shows: 9's for middle set.
