You know it's not even worth my time to open p5's anymore, and it's not the fact that I am a US player. Should the 17 year old who came 6th in sundays 5milly special keep the money?
How many people ITT sent TJmullen a few bucks in the past' I know a few people that sent him $5 or $10 over the past year or so and then he comes out makes a thread saying now I'm 18 blah blah here is my new acct name blah blah. Everyone should have to verify accounts prior to playing, period. This would kill the underage problem and cut the multiaccounting problem a bit. That's just false. There are circumstances where the truth is fine and circumstances where you should just keep your mouth shut.

Sure dank how about the ADA. Ask a question about a disability and see what happens. Does your employer have a federal and state labor law poster somewhere on the premise' I'm sure it does just refer to that. Defamation lawsuits happen everyday. If you as a previous employer want to jump into that gray area and put yourself at risk go for it. Otherwise stick to the program, dates of employment, wage verification, job description, and is the employee eligible for rehire. This applies to whether your asking the questions or answering the questions.

dank I was replying to the statement "previous employers can say anything they want about fired employees." This is just false on too many levels to even get into. Your "In this situation" point, If a potential employer called me and asked "why doesnt this guy work there anymore" I would simply say, can you refer to his application of employment he filled out for your company. Most applications if not all ask for previous jobs and reasons for leaving. Incorrect. When inquiring previous employers about a potential employee, you may verify dates of employment, wages, job description and whether or not the employee is eligible for re-hire. Asking any other questions is a bad hiring practice and could open up your company to a potential lawsuit.

The answer is Greg Maddux no doubt IMO. Maddux won 15 games in 17 straight seasons. He had 7 straight seasons with an ERA below 2.50. He won 4 consecutive Cy Young's.
