The only reason this wont have the lowest ratings ever is because LA is a huge market. If Phoenix won, you could count on one hand how many people would be watching. I watch cause I'm a fan of the game, but I don't see many people outside of those 2 markets watching this year. What's Wrong With the NHL.
There are 3 things wrong with the NHL. Ticket prices are too high, TV coverage is too low, and the rules keep changing, and not for the better. Ticket prices are a reflection of over inflated salaries...which we let happen. But people aren't going to stop going to games so it's really a moot point. Prices are going to keep climbing, as long as there are fans willing to pay for them. The lack of a major TV contract is killing the NHL. I know ratings are low compared to NFL or some other major sports, but when there are 12 games on the schedule for a Tuesday night during the season, and 8 ...

no. its not a privilege to use state or private roads, its to operate a vehicle. The highway has nothing to do with it. While I don't agree with most laws and consider some to be unconstitutional, this isn't one of them. Get a license...drive. Don't have a license...don't drive. In fact the test to get a license should be harder.

Devils D game is very good. They completely shut us down. They havent allowed a breakaway, very few if any odd man rushes, and about half as many scoring chances as we got in round 1. Bryzgalov continues to be $51 million dollar block of Swiss cheese. Nice signing guys. GL Devils fans. i hate life right now.

Buying a house with a non-permitted Remodel
A thorough home inspection should cover your ass. I don't see any reason you would be responsible for work done by the previous owner. I would say 90% of interior remodels don't get permits, just because they don't want to pay for them or the hassle. Outside stuff is different, cause you got code enforcers driving around trying to make his quota and looking for people working w/o a permit. I wouldn't sweat it unless your home inspector starts throwing up warning signs. You pay him to find the shit thats wrong and tell you about it. Dude that is awesome. Hopefully she was able to confirm some of what I gave u. My grandmom is only 76 and has shown signs of dementia, so I can't really get too much out of her. She'll give me the basics but thats it. Her brother and my grandpops brother refuse to talk about the past with me.
