Re(2): An Open Letter to the Community and Beyond on Integrity in Poker.
While I certainly agree with everything that's been said in relation to JJ himself, I think everyone's being a little hard on Joe and Gavin. Expecting them to represent the entire poker community just isn't fair, that's not what they set out to do with their show or the Poker Road site itself. Their stuff has given me hours of entertainment, but in the end it's just that. Here's Joe's response to all this hulabaloo from his PR Blog. Hmmm, I'm not sure where to begin on thisissue. We at PokerRoad Radio stewed over how to handle this interviewfor several days. Should we give JJ a forum to ...

Poker After Dark Coming to NBC
Mon-Sat after Carson Daly NBC is taking a staple from cable TV and turning it into a new latenight show, "Poker After Dark." Hourlong airing Monday-Saturday will star former "World Poker Tour" host Shana Hiatt, with six poker pros vying for a winner-take-all $120,000 prize. Show replaces a repeat of "Tonight Show With Jay Leno" on weeknights. On Saturday, an edited recap of the week will air at 1 a.m. following "Saturday Night Live." "After Dark" reps NBC's first attempt to place original programming in a timeslot known more for repeats and infomercials. "There's a vibrant latenight ...

Re(3): recommendation on smaller buyin tournies in vegas this weekend please
I'd say to watch out a little bit as far as the competition at Caesar's goes, there's a lot of WSOP fallout so there are a few more solid players to wade through. My two tourneys were around 140-145 people, and they said there were normally only 80-100.

Re(1): recommendation on smaller buyin tournies in vegas this weekend please
I'll third Caesar's, 40-minute blind levels and 4500 in starting chips (with opening blinds of 25/25) makes for a nice long touney. I chopped the noon with a couple other guys last week and it ran 7.5 hours up until then. There's also a $60 ($50 + $10 add-on) at the Monte Carlo at 6:00, the blind structure was pretty steep after an hour or so but I really like that room. The Venetian has a $120 + $85 add-on at noon and 7 every day like Caesar's, that got a lot of players the night I was there.

Can I Fold Kings Here?
After the reraise all in I had to put him on aces and not just a steal since we were the top two stacks at the table, but I've had "never fold kings" drilled into me for so long that I just couldn't do it.
