FTP DOUG PETITION for more RUSH MTT's added after RUSH WEEK,
AGREED-- having rush guarentee tournments would be swell. They don't have to take the place of the regular guarenttes. These Rush tournies are great for us folks that don't have the time to put in 6+ hours to make a FT. It sure is nice to be able to finish off a tourny and still get sleep before heading out to work the next day.

Perfect call ruined by umpire's bad call on last play-poker equivalent?
So the first base umpire just blew a call on what should have been the last play of the game to cost the Detroit pitcher a perfect game. Considering how long baseball has been played and how few perfect games have been pitched this was a historically bad call that cost that young man a shot at history. Is there anything in poker that could be the equivalent of this bad call' Yes, he did go on to win the game, but he lost a shot at something special that statistaclly speaking is more than a long shot.

WPO in Tunica-question
I am heading down there this weekend. Has anyone played in any of the events, what kind of tournouts are they getting' What about the cash games, would like to hear how the cash games are and if they are spread out among the casinos or mostly just @ Gold Strike. mtown

Tunica, MS. Live action is extremly soft especially on the weekends. I prefer to play at the Horseshoe or Gold Strike where the most action seems to be. Not a big fan of the Grand. If you are worried about the distance then come in town when Tunica is hosting a WSOP of WPT event, tons of action with lots of soft games.

are you sure it wasn't a $60 min' The cheapest buy in I have ever seen a 1/2 NL is $100, but then again I have never played at an Indian casino. Agreed that if you get a seat change, this guy will donate chips to you all night.
