Live hand ruling
At Hollywood Casino in Indiana I have seen this ruled that the player is allowed to play with one whole card, but there had been action already taken. Since there was no action here, it should have probably been a misdeal. From personal experience dealing, I have see where the play is awarded the top card since it would still not effect the flop. There had already been action in the hand though in this instance. If I was running the floor, I would have called it a misdeal.
