FTP is rigged
read about it on their very own poker forums: they took a poll and nearly 50% agree. . (is it against the rules to post links' sorry in advance. or just go to full tilt's home page, click news, and it's on the bottom of the list. it's uncanny how many times AA vs. KK comes up, and all these seemingly non-random hand distributions.

sister, you are right! I KNEW tilt was rigged, but not STARS!!! I just adjust my play accordingly and become the biggest donk playing junk, calling big raises that I know are premium hands and busting them consistently. TRY IT!!! P.S. For FTP, hold onto 69. See how many times u hit a straight. It is uncanny. Just notice the trends, and play opposite of all common sense. Lemme know how it goes...

Phone number' They have one, but it is for deposit issues only. It's easy to reach them when you want to give them money. Sounds like the account has been flagged for multiple accounts or some security issue if u get the error message contact login@. what was the exact message' support can take 3-4 days to get back to you. i suggest if you really don't know what is going on, email security@ as they are a bit more responsive. Put URGENT in the subject line if you believe there is some fraud involved. but it can be anything from logging in from another computer or someone playing on ...

don't even try it. it will flag your account. you can only use your primary account forever and ever. if make another, "on accident" with the same personal information and they find out, they can accuse you of multi-accounting, which gives them the right to seize your funds according to their site terms and conditions, which you agreed to and probably didnt even read when you joined. just don't do it, man. for the "official" reason why, read my posting: Tom at Full Tilt Support. for my guess, I heard it has to do with privacy issues. they cannot track you thru ...

the average is 4 days if at all. i think they hope you will just go away. sending follow-up emails will not expedite it either. and after all that waiting, you may just receive a generic response. seriously tho, if it is urgent, I suggest emailing security@ as they are more responsive. Attn: Shujiro, Supervisor and write URGENT in subject line.
