Unpopular Opinions Exactly this. There are tons of examples of people with body fat on them who are athletes. What about the Rulon Gardner of the 2000 Olympics' Or all of the heavy throwers at the Olympics' Or all of the 105kg+ Olympic weightlifters' Rezazadeh was a fat fuck but he was also probably the most powerful person (I don't mean that in a influence sort of way obv) in human existence. Trust me, people with body fat can be athletes. Baseball players included. Posted in: Off Topic |

Thread Killers If you mean something like the number of kills per post this year -- no, that's not easy. The reason is that we would need to recalculate everyone's 2011 post count -- which would be more database heavy. But, that being said, it is definitely possible. Just less easy. Unfortunately not that simple when you're talking about a time period that doesn't include all time (the all time thread kills stuff would be database heavy too for that matter) Posted in: Off Topic |

Replies to Views ratio The gl worked. Go check the Thread Killers post. See above. I've just been a lot less active but I'm going to check in a bit more often than I have been since May. I was pretty upset about black friday because I had a lot of things planned for P5s that I wouldn't get to see it out. I needed a bit of time off from it. I was indeed one of the owners but we had to hand it back after Black Friday. LOL I was one of the owners. No more admin badge. Not sure what that's about but I don't think it matters either way. Definitely not working for P5s these days ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Wondering how long it's going to take to get my hoodie. I won't be as I'm no longer working on P5s. I do happen to have the gear in Henderson but I don't have the time to spend down at the Rio on a regular basis. It's up to Cal, Adam, Dan, etc what to do with the gear we have in inventory. Wondering how long it's going to take to get my hoodie. I wasn't on vacation. I just wasn't in Vegas (which is where the gear is). Sorry about the delay. They actually went out today. I threw some extra stuff in there to hopefully make up for the delay. Posted in: Poker Community |

Have any US players made the move to other countries yet? I'm pretty sure you can exempt your first 90k or so of income although I'm not sure about what gags posted regarding gambling income not qualifying. You could probably get around that by creating a business called Gags Inc, funding it with like 50-100k, paying yourself a salary of 7.5k/month (the exemptable amount, roughly) and "investing" the money all day. I don't know if that actually works though. Regardless of what I wrote above, you still have to report it you just wouldn't owe money on it if it falls under the foreign earned income exemption. One downside to this whole thing is ... Posted in: Poker Community |

P5's Connection Issues FWIW, there are ads. And we got rid of a lot of our prior ads before Black Friday. The split with the parent company is related to Black Friday. One side issue related to the split with the parent company is that I won't be officially involved with P5s for the foreseeable future. Right now we're still transitioning a bunch of the site admin duties but at some point in the next few weeks I'll be stepping back from my admin role and you guys can resume blaming Riley for anything going wrong. P5's Connection Issues Sure, glad it's working for you. Bypassing the load balancer should fix this particular problem -- although we may need you to remove those lines at some point in the future if we need to remove or change that particular server. I'm not sure about that but it's a different issue than the one that everyone else has been dealing with the last few days. I'd try a new browser on your computer maybe' Could be some weird antivirus interfering or something but I'm really not sure. Posted in: Off Topic |

P5's Connection Issues That's assuming there are any... also that we even can. This problems are at the load balancer level, not server level. Posted in: Off Topic |
