Why Is Bodog So Dead??
This is why the tournament players left. The tournament players leaving are why the cash games died. :)

Issac Haxton best poker announcer of all time?
It could just be his voice but something about him rubs me the wrong way and I can't watch shows he is a part of.

You have to have the highest bb per 100 with a decent sample size while still showing a net loss i have seen yet.

Re:Best site to play PLO
my bb per 100 is twice that of any other site on bodog (but due to 4 tables max I only have 55k hands there fwiw). They pretty much only raise pf with aaxx hands and if you 3 bet them they tend to give you credit for aaxx hands the first 20 or so times and then chat tilt about how they think you must be tilting after that. Call you horrible and a donk. The works. It is awesome to watch actually. Just agree you are tilting and take their money all day long.

Re:True or False, if you are a winning/profitable in the LR excluding. rakeback you're...
Excluding tournaments the following statement is true for cash games. I have no clue what is true for tournaments because I am god awful at short stack push fold poker. True....If you are a winning / profitable cash game player in the long run you practice religious bankroll management and NEVER EVER take shots after loosing sessions to try and get even. You don't chase loses and your game doesn't change at all when you are loosing. Edit. And only about 1 % of the players I know can say this statement. "get rich quick" is why most poker players are loosing players. Not ...

Water is wet. The sky is blue. And eurodonks run way above expectations / believes he is better than he really is. He isn't cheating he is just on a heater. Side note. As much as you guys talk about poker you seem to very much not understand just how much luck is involved.

Re:Sunday Million.....81 left, whats your play?
As a cash game player I am curious about this post specifically. Is this not a huge tell in tournaments the way it is in cash games' For those of you that don't know raising to weird ammounts you had to type in is a monster tell in cash games. 95 out of 100 times this is their way of letting you know they will fold to a big raise. (in cash games at least)

Re:10$ to best advice on my tilting.
When you are tilting go play omaha hi low. Raise, re-raise, 4 bet every hand...Just try to get it all in every single hand. The times they call you down you will win or split enuff of them that it won't matter and the times they fold you make enuff to cover the difference and make your tilt sessions winners. Seriously put a sticky not over your cards and try this for 10 min. Post results and ship me my ten bucks.

Re:Are the $12 / 180 turbos getting a lot tougher???
Technically they are easier now than ever. The problem being that they are filled with tons of really bad players who are just learning the game and have weird city names I can't pronounce. It is to the point that early on it is very much about luck as much as people try to pretend it is not. If you can get deep you will have a huge advantage because about 90% of the players that are deep with you have no end game because it is pure luck that they made it there this time. That is where the edge comes in..and that is why if you play super tight early and don't tilt when you get sucked ...

Re:Darvin Moon
The reason I "don't like him" is because ESPN will focus on him being a novice in their coverage. We are trying to get laws changed based on the argument that poker is a skill game yet year after year a "novice" wins our biggest event. I root against him strictly based on this. We need a pro to win this thing not just this year but next year and the year after until we change the minds of the powers that be.

Re:AP/UB Client suggestions
I quit playing ub after they switched to ap's software but i would prob come back if you could fix the following. 1. Sound options and diff sounds in general. I can't play ub because the sounds. I know most multi tablers have sounds off but I have to have action alert sounds. (i didn't need it before i left ub but now i just have to have it) Not all sounds just sounds when it is my turn or i am about to time out (like tilt and stars have). 2. While nobody else cares I would LOVE if you would put a best hand display (like bodog has) somewhere on there. If your multi tabling omaha ...

Re:Stars Dramatically Lowers Various Tournament Guarantees
No it isn't just you. I got fed up with their support and took my biz to other sites. They used to have the best now they have the worst. I thought it was just me and I am glad to hear it is not. Send an email...28 hours later get a reply that is super obvious they didn't read it. I reply back within seconds. 28 hours later they send another email making it even more obvious they STILL are not reading my email. Rinse. Repeat. 3 weeks later problem not solved. BuhBuy.

Re:PLO small stakes cash game question
They play like two totally different games (much more so than holdem 6 max vers holdem 9 max). When I play holdem I only play 6 max yet when I play omaha I play 9 max. It is my opinion that it is much easier to put vilians on exact hands at 9 max plo than it is at any other game . As you get more aggressive you will really start to notice how bad the average player is. It is like holdem was on party poker back in the day x100 then add some crack cocain in the mix. Within 1k hands you will stop putting people on ranges and put them on exact specific hands (maybe not all 4 cards but you will ...

Re:UB and the Cereus Network is going down the tubes (No, not a bad beat story)
When they forced the AP software on UB players i left within 24 hours. The software tilted me so freaking bad I had my worst downswing of my life. I was blown away they felt that it was the better of the two software bases they owned. I tried the software again 2 weeks ago and came to the same conclusion. There are lots of other sites you will find one you like.

i went down well over 200 buy ins when me and my wife split and my head was not on straight. had to re-dep 4 times before i ran out of money. had to get a job and everything. took almost 9 months to get my a game back and get out of the dumps in general. Ended up having a winning year because I switched to omaha during my "break". Now I have 20 and 30 buy in swings a few times a week and laugh at them. (edit / explanation.. I play 75/50/5+ ... aka super high variance omaha style)

Re:8-9 tabling monitor setup
It is less about the size of monitor and more about it's max res and your video cards max res. I run 2 24's at 1680x1050 which is the max the onboard video card in my computer will do. I am upgrading to a new video card that will go higher along with some 30 inch monitors. I should have waited until I could have bought the 2 30 inch monitors and video card like I really wanted because a lack of patience cost me more in the long run and I have to tile tables and make them a bit smaller to get 8 or more. (4 per screen)

instead of buying points i sold points. are you new to sports betting' edit i guess i should explain this. for those of us that bet with bookies (not with friends etc) you can buy points and give points. So lets say you take ou +3 it would pay just under 1 to 1. but if you take ou minus 20 your getting much better.

Ok so I just withdrew my money. UB was my cash cow. I was willing to deal with not telling people where i play because how soft the games were. UB software was ok once you downloaded tiltbusters overlay to get ride of their tables. This software looked pretty good at first but i just kept loosing and loosing and then i realized i was tilting hard. It took me a bit to figure out that it was the software that was tilting me. Specifically SOUNDS. there is no option for action alerts only. These sounds make me want to kill a kitten. Rather than blow through my entire roll I talked to support and ...
