About midway through my wife's first pregnancy, we decided on the first name Cooper for a boy. Partially we chose the name Cooper because we wanted something a little different and partially because it was the last name of a dear departed family friend. About 5 weeks before Cooper was born, we found out my mother had stage 4 esophageal cancer that had spread to her liver. The day after Cooper was born, we had to put my mother into hospice. The next day she died. The hospice she died at was on Cooper Road. Strange coincidence indeed.

I'm sorry to hear that. My dog passed away the day after the Super Bowl. We found him dead in the yard. I think of burying my dog of 10 years in the cold while crying; it was tough. It doesn't get much easier. I kept having little hallucinations that my dog was walking into the room or that thought I saw him out of the corner of my eye.

There is one pretty good way to prove that it is most probably true. If it's not true, then he would most definitely sue them for MILLIONS for libel. I haven't seen a lawsuit yet and considering he's a rich lawyer and has lots of rich lawyer friends, you'd think one would have already been filed.

I like to limp with AA, if there are aggressive players left to act behind me or there is a short stack who might be getting desperate and hopes to steal with any 2. The hard decision is on the button when no one has entered the pot and the blinds are still somewhat low. It seems like in that situation every time I raise then the blinds fold. I might minraise here or limp. If the blinds are steep, I'm raising or even pushing all in from any position.

Here's her hand history. You have to be registered at to view. I think she admitted to peeking once on a draw. You can tell though she's generally not looking cause she's folding too many good hands and the ones she pushes with are almost laughably bad. She got very, very lucky to win. Suckout city for Annette.

"Suited connecters, suited gappers, connecting cards were all fair game." I used to play rock tight, but found it didn't get me very far and it was kind of boring. Too many suckouts, too many coolers, followed by the inevitable tilt, etc. I decided to loosen up and play a wider range of hands (cheaply, of course), sometimes ATC from any position. To do this though you need to have a good read on the other players; it doesn't matter if you make the world's greatest bluff if some guy will call anything with just bottom pair. If you find the right affiliate site, like you'd get an instant bonus 100% bonus (up to $100) on your first deposit. I like the Dog. The games are soft. When I played there regularly I made easily $200-$300 a monthly on the $4 and $8 beginner sngs playing a 2-3 hours, 5-6 days a week. Not bad for a low stakes donk.

In the situations where you get in coin flip situations, are you the aggressor or the caller' If you're just calling then you have no fold equity. The excellent players that I have noticed seem to be very aggressive against smaller stacks, ie ones that can be busted if they call.

Some of the posts are boorish. I mean don't ever, ever critique a pro's play, cause he pwns and you're just a donk that's never made dime. You would think some pros never make mistakes by the way some people will defend their every decision. This kind of attitude adds little value to the P5s forum.
