So Last Night My Girlfriend Asked Me. . . Take your girlfriend for a nice meal and a night on the town. Give her lots of attention when your out. Give her some nice, sexy underwear to wear for the night that you bought the day before with your winnings, eat her pu$$y that night and she'll soon start giving you her credit card details to play! Peter Eastgate to sell wsop bracelet It's a good example of hyperbole, yes, but i'm guessing he didn't mean it to come across as hyperbole and was probably actually being serious. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Peter Eastgate to sell wsop bracelet This guy is some kind of a nutjob. Almost ever other player in the 2008 series would have given up their first child to win that bracelet. Not to mention all the money in endorsements he has thrown away by giving up the game. Unexplainable to me. Realsharp needs to get a grip with reality. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

What's the best move in this spot? I have only been moved to the table for 2 hands and the previous 2 hands were both folded to the BB so no reads whatsoever. Top 42 were in the payout and there are 29 left at this point. Is this a weird spot or am i crazy I'd fold mate and wait for a better position to start making moves. Your risking your tournament life so early in the tournament with a flip at the best if you decide to call this. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Has the game evolved to the point were a newbie would find it hard to win? The reason is ask this is because i've heard and read a lot that the the game would one day become too hard to make a profit from consistently unless there was say an explosion in the chinese market to join, were the vast numbers of people playing brand new would see a rise in profits for already regular players. I've got a gap next year were I may be out of work for 6 months for a sabbatical and i'm gonna be travelling for 3 months and was thought i'd give it a crack to see if I could just make profits for 3 months in the game without having to find a shitty job before going back to my other ... Timebanks should be Removed for........ I personally don't think the bubble period in a tournament requires that much thought process when your holding Q3 off and you would not play this hand in the majority of situations anyhow. It's kinda getting boring having to hang around waiting for numerous people at your table continiously timebanking to gain a place in the money when all the other tables ae doing as well, so not really gaining any time as such. Re:Importance od Poker in life, need some advices Without trying to come across rude because i'm not, but your 24, why are you so concerned what they think. If you can't tell your parents what you wanna do in life without being afraid, you may aswell move back home and exist while THEY tell what they want you to do and not what YOU want to do. Complete your masters and tell them taht once it's completed you will be playing poker for 6 months to see how it goes, if they don't like it shrug your shoulders and do it anyway. Re:Finally made a final table Thank you all, just the update. I forgot to mention it was a $7 rebuy, but I only needed 2 rebuys and 1 add on as I got doubled up twice. I made 3rd, good for $555.80. I was on BB and 3rd in chips and SB raised me, which he did every time and I pushed all in with K10 off and he insta called with J9 clubs' The flop both hit a 10 and a 9, but the good old river brought a 9. very close, but not to be.
