Hi Robert, This is just a technical problem relating to the Golden Arch websites. Your money is safe and secure, the cashier is handled by the network not the rooms so this is always the case for Golden Arch. I have just spoken to our cashier team specifically about your checks, unfortunately there are delays in processing these at the moment. Your withdrawal from the 5th of October was sent out today, and your check from the 17th is in the queue and most likely 2 weeks from being sent.
