Re:Bursting through the bubble with 8 - 10 BB too often!!!!
basically what andre said ur probably playing too tight once there antes so u end up being handcuffed by shove fold stacks

Re:hand from FTP $75 18.5k 6max with 14 left
i have no porbelm getting it in vs the 10 BB stack after we flop that strong. I mean were behind sometimes but gonna be pretty rare given his flat pf. Sets seem unlikey as u think hed just ship it in with pairs and his stack but ppl do weird stuff late bc their so scared to bust. Flatting pf is also fine bc i think u can stack worse A's every time on A high boards and if he 4 bets seems like we donthave any good options. So i think it was played fine.

Re:what to do with QQ?
u have 15 bbs just shove not really gonna change anything i mean planning to put over half ur stack outthere and fold is pretty bad so just get it in.

Re:How should I play against deep stacked players on a NL HE cash game?
also all that matters is effective stacks. If u open a 30 bb stack and given ur range is reasonably tight they are makign a pretty huge mistake vs ur range calling with marginal and specualtive hands. why does it matter if he has 1k if effective stacks are only 400 or whatever. Seems like a leak in ur thought process

Re:is there an argument to fold here, lol
idk just sux. i think it depends on how much you like ur spot at the table. I mean if i think i have a huge edge and really like my stack i might fold . But i really hate folding Ak i mean ur at the Top 3% of ur range so i dont think getting it in can really be a hgue mistake. I can go either way just depends on how the siutuation feels overall.

Re:How should I play against deep stacked players on a NL HE cash game?
i think u really need to learn about stack sizes bet sizing, ranges and improve ur game. Do u think open shiping 30 bbs in a cash game is profitable. Also bloating pots by opening 6x with no plan. Seems like u have alot to learn and maybe getting on some cash game training sites would be of great value. , etc etc............... Live games are the most profitable games out there imo and if u learn to play a solid game its printing money imo.

Re:Folding pocket J on a 7-high flop
get it in i think in this tourney vs a random u can reasonably put any over pair that u beat in his range. Ur giong to be bheind sometimes but meh. I dont think he really ever QQ+ given of the multiway dynamics. He might have a set but who flops sets. So I think a shove here is probably best in a vaccum. As hes going to b/c basically any pair. Theres a ton out there and u need those chips and I m sure ur equity vs enough to justify a stack off

Re:KK late in a 3.30 knockout
really not sure why u opened teh pot to over 4x but u have 25bbs, u bloated the pot pre flop and now want to fold an over pair' ur bet sizing kinda makes no sense and sorta under reps ur hand Also u have 25bbs and an over pair on a board u can get it in vs any Q basically especially if hes flatting ur 20bb stack when u 4x so we can probably assume hes pretty bad when its a 3FO. So i just 3 bet shove flop theres too much of ur stack out there and ur going to be ahead enough to make it profitable.

Re:Flop spot vs Jordan Kickz
i generally agree with u poker69 but i give Mike credit in the fact that he is very intuitive and is good at figureing out what ppl are doing in the moment. That being said if he has a gut feeling i dont think hes wrong to go with it. I mean maybe if his play isnt perfect inavacuum it doesnt really matter bc in the moment he had an insticnt.

Re:Flop spot vs Jordan Kickz
I think its fine bc its very well thought out but even thought parts his range that bet the flop I think that you are ahead of enough of his worse over pairs/ sometimes air but seems pretty unlikely given ur percetion of him. 3 betting pf here for sure defines his range and if you fell its made of of mostly mid pp's once he flats i think you can atleast call once bc if he can ahve 55 and 88 he can have 66,77 and 99 as well. But given how he perceives you what do u think he makes of your range to 3 bet pf'

Re:PStars Sunday Million, right play?
Probably pretty spewy to be bloating a pot vs a loose passive fish with 82o who has no clue about what ur range or image should be so just check and dont get super facny imo. I think ur assumption about his range is probably off bc the point of ur open is to get him to fold hans like this.

Re:Easy Lay Down??
I dont think I fold a set to often. Whats your info on your villian. I have folded a set before but not to often, I think in a vacuum its bad. I think ur thought process is skewed here and is why you have such a tough choice IMO. first you think he has AA then you say he has a straight and you consider calling to suckout and have a big stack. I think you need to have a better feel for where you are at vs his range here. as far as betting the flop I think its kind of mandatory vs a set here becasue you do need to protct vs those pair plus gutshots. As far as his range I dont htink people play ...

Re:Help me with this spot!
like I think this is almost a standard call down vs some un known. What is your view of the opponent and what is his view of you. do you have any stats on him or anything. I think his IP checking back range here is pretty weak. given its a LP open his range to check back is hands like Ax Kx JTsand 89s type hands. The board is very dry so his check back isnt a sign of stretnth. and there are some draws but alot of the gut shots and 45 arent really even in his range here imo. I think wehn he checks back and the turn basically bricks i would call with the intention of calling on most river ...

Re:JJ on Low Stakes Tournament (BIG problem)
ImonTilt i understand your point and I think it reduces variance greatly. But at smaller stakes the biggest leak of all the opponents is they calling too often with low pot equity and we can force them into mistakes by betting and raising.

Re:Can I get more value here? $20 NL
I think your though process on this hand is less than optimal. The fear of runnin into a monster is the last thing that should worry you vs this villians range. JJ is crushign his range so 3 betting here for value is best by far. if he was a like19/16 then i probably flat for various reasons but youhave no legitmate reason to worry about that. So as played is kinda meh and you got value but optimal play in this spot at these stakes imo would be to 3 bet and bet call a favorable flop that doesnt doesnt have alot of equity vs you or improve his range greatly. If you are worried about losing ...
