Omaha World Herald Editorial - Help
This is an editorial posted in my local paper. It is obviously filled with errors and I would like to write a rebuttal but want to make sure that is good. Please post helpful suggestions: Internet gambling, supposedly marginalized by a virtual ban passed by Congress in 2006, is climbing back into the national consciousness — and, its proponents hope, into Americans’ bank accounts. The idea is as bad now as it was then. The 2006 law, passed by Congress and signed by President George W. Bush, banned online poker and most other online gambling, as well as prohibiting credit-card companies and ...

Don't know if I am posting this right but I'll take iLLNuGWichee's 10:1 bet on Tyven's age. Give me $100 on under 40

I've played live with him. He is a solid player that final tabled the tournament.

Re:SpadeClub
I've been a member for a couple of months. Good place to practice freerolls since the play is better than average for those types of tournaments. Also you can win cash back. People are friendly. You don't get called names very often which is nice.

Re:Annie Dukes horrible tourney schedule
i have played much less on UB since I went Mac but have the ability with BootCamp. I will definitely take another look. I appreciate the fact that Annie (or honestly anyone with influence at a site) would take the time to listen to the player - particularly at the lower limits. Thanks Annie and UB.

Re(1): AA in the button ;(
You did nothing wrong you just got unlucky. If you had gone all in pre you would have picked up the BB but that is it and better to try for more with AA HU.

Re(1): AP Visit: I'm going to Costa Rica (edit: maybe not)
I don't know you but I hope you go and I would recommend you take the money, even if you just give it away. Whether you unearth anything substantial or not, it would be nice for the forum to know that one of our own that was instrumental in this whole issue has taken a look on the ground. If you don't find what you need I would get them to guarantee a visit to their servers as well. Thanks

Re(1): Prop Bet! Best Idea Ever! Brilliant!
Put me on the interested list if you get this fleshed out some more. I don't have the ability to play every single day if that matters. Need to decide some things like how much is the initial bankroll. Which sites to play on. SNG vs MTTs or both. Thanks.

Thanks for the post. He really does add a lot to the site. I play for fun but find his contributions to be insightful and educational nevertheless.

Re(5): WSOP Europe - any P5ers Going (also P5s/Bodog Sats)
THere was a big discussion about this on the Main Event PPV. As I understand it, there are bracelets and they are official. Hellmuth was pretty worked up about it!

Re(1): More Featured Strategy: WSOP bust hand: Advanced Analysis, by GBMantis and Friends (very long)
I am by no means a top player. I did however appreciate your analysis and explanation and agree with the way you played the hand, particularly post flop. Checking to induce a bluff makes much more sense than betting here and it sounds like from the prior play that there was at least a 25% chance that the button would try to take the pot with a lower pair of air. At that point barring the shove from the SB a call seems quite appropriate. Thanks again for the post.
