Re(7): UB REPS PLEASE HELP!
Thank you Debo for checking into this. It is reassuring coming from you versus UB support as they are always jumping around the specific question it feels. It would be nice to send an email out once the FedEx option is up and running.

Re(3): UB REPS PLEASE HELP!
Debo, I have been a long time UB player and I have never had any problems with their service. It's my only site I play, love the software and speed of games. But I am getting close to pulling all my money off UB as I am really bothered by UB during my withdrawal process. Here is an email I sent to cashier: I have a couple questions; #1. Why do you send out emails that state different delivery times' I have seen UB emails stating everything from 2-6 weeks, down to 5 business days for express courier option. #2. If you know checks are taking longer than originally promised to customer, why ...

Stay away from LL and jsup and you will do just fine. I saw a pic of you in the P5 Live gallery and I liked the action in the lip. I'm keeping positive thoughts for you Dave. Lou

Re(3): UB REPS please help
UB is not to blame for my oversight. When you log into UB they have this new message window and the first bullet point is BJ is now for real money. Bashing UB for my mistakes is not right, I wish this thread wouldn't have even started as I only have myself to blame. But I either thought my account got hacked or we had another software glitch. I certainly appreciate the kind thoughts however, do not want to discount those. Lou

Re(7): UB REPS please help
Misterixz, thanks for the thoughts but I am not looking for sympathy. I have played on UB for over 3 years and they always get a bum rap and I jumped the gun by posting this in the first place as it was not the fault of UB.

Misterix, unfortunately I am very serious. Taking my poker very serious and grinding it out and then to make this silly mistake is not a lot of fun.

Re(3): UB REPS please help
As stupid as this is going to make me look, I feel I owe an explanation of what happened as it is not fair of UB to have the public get the wrong impression. I was playing a 10 man SNG and in between hands I thought I would mess around with BJ. I messing around doing all kinds of crazy stuff, betting 750 a hand and doubling with stupid stuff. Little did I realize this was not play money, but real money. UB service has responded to my emails and this was not their fault, but my lack of understanding that BJ is now played with real money. UB REPS please help
I was playing a HU SNG and after the match I went to my account screen and found all of my money besides .71 gone from the account. I looked at the transaction history and did not see any withdraw happen. Any help in getting this resolved from a UB Player rep would be appreciated. I sent emails to customer support but I really would like to get this resolved sooner than later. Lou Pinella on UB

Can you provide some insight into what your role/responsibilities are at UB' I would also be interested to hear what you personally have accomplished to improve the site during your tenure with UB. Thanks.

I enjoy both cash and SNG but I find with SNG there is less variance. Stock analogy; SNG's - Utility company cash - technology company

Re(4): PokerShare opens this week-I am here for questions.
Beanie, I don't remember my user name or password but would be interested in understanding the software they are going to be using and what type of point program they are going to be using. Any links on this without having to sign into pokershare would be appreciated. I was top 30 before the site came crashing down so I want to see at a minimum what they will be offering with the new rollout.

Re(6): Best online training site?
I can only comment on the only site I have ever signed up on, which is . If you are into NLHE whether is be SNG's, MTT's, or cash games, the site is stacked with expert advice from guys like Green Plastic, muddywater, jsup, and Filthy. The forums also have some solid poker discussion both from members as well as the staff. As a charter member I would encourage you to research and join CR. Lou Pinella

Re(2): The biggest cheater i've ever seen on UB
I have played with powerofPU and he disconnected during a big pot against someone and immediatley came back on. The whole table was up in arms and was being reported and he said he had dial up. If you have dial up you don't come back the second after the hand is done. I played with him a couple times since and I usually don't talk smack at the table but have called him every word imaginable during my time with him. Another douche bag that couldn't fade my allin bluff on the river with a call is AlGimble. Same thing, I'm repping a set with 2 7's on the board after the turn with his strong Ace ...

Re(9): Need inut on new UB tournies
Annie, very cool of you to be reaching out like you are. One small comment around MTT's I would like to make is with private tournies. Couple weeks back I organized a private tourney for and it was well received by members in terms of it being a 6 seater with 2,500 starting chips. The only problem is having to email all the names to support versus just registering directly, password protected. I emailed support about this and never received a response. Again, the structure was awesome, but currently we are leaning toward another site as the registration process is too cumbersome on UB. ...

Westtexasman I need your help
Shawn, I am trying to set up a private trouney for members for about 30 people and I get the following response from UB customer service. I find this policy unacceptable and all the owness on me for getting this set up is on my dime. All the players registered are fully aware that the entry will be deducted from their accounts. Any help or guidance in getting this resolved would be appreciated. Thanks, Lou Pinella Dear Customer, As part of our policies we ask our customers to make a deposit guarantee if he/she wants to set a private Tournament with us. The amount depends on the buy in ...

Re(1): What would make Ultimate Bet the ULTIMATE site?
Shawn; 1. Heads Up Tournaments (similar to bball - March madness 64 brackets). 2. Step SNG's. 3. Heads up cash at all limits. 4. Ability to "tile" windows so you can fit mutliple tables on screen. 5. Faster cash out's. 6. Gin Rummy tab. 7. More PLO tournies. Thanks, Lewis

Re(2): UB=Ultimate mismanagement is an understatement!
WillisNYC, I echo your comments and understand your frustration. Although I was not aiming for the LA seat, my rank at 28 lead me to believe I was finally going to be rewarded for being a solid customer. When I got my account closed it has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Excapsa has some serious customer service issues to resolve and my gut tells me nothing will be done about this fiasco. My bankroll will probably find another home outside of their network. formely D Squared

Re(5): PokerShare Reviews?
On withdraws under 1K I have found they are very fast. On withdraws over 2k they do some secuirty checks and takes a few extra days. The only issue I have had is I get an error message every so often and blows me out of pokershare completely. I don't know if this is a software issue with pokershare or a system issue on my side. I can easily log back in, it just holds up the game for a minute or 2.
