But, I think this works both ways, I have atleast 4 friends who have Quit playing online because of poor play. There attitude is, you can only deposit so many hundreds of dollars with little success due to poor play by the fishys'!'! California is not issuing any more gaming license permit's. You can apply but you will get turned down. When you apply they will require a $5000 retaining fee just to start. Your best bet will be, is to find a gaming license permit that an old card room will sell you (basically it's a grandfather system).
