Amateur Player desires to one day become Pro player...seeking help/advice from P5's
I had this same problem years ago on UB as well. I did the exact same thing as you with running back up stairs to make it back. Im a poker player and not a blackjack player, friend told me to email UB and have them block my blackjack. I did... and have never looked back. That's why i really like FTP and Stars... no f'n blackjack or casinos. Don't want them don't need them. Now sportsbook...that another golden topic. GL bud.

Luckjj... no mine was white and not pink. But it did say, "deposit it in your bank account right away." My check was from a CitiBank account. I then called the reference # on the check and the guy on the phone was from a Medical Company. He said (from me giving him my check # from the check) that that account had been closed due to some fraudulent payments that account has been made. The funny thing was it was a Medical Payment center from Orange, Ca.. 877-480-3688. Im now gonna just save the check to see if it matches future checks. Because this one also looks like past checks that ...

Same thing happened to me today. That little note inside the check was a fire alarm going off for me. Gets me worried about future withdrawals. They sent me $100 for the inconvenience and gave me my monies back. I did re-request a new check since they said it would be fine. But im gonna have to sit on that one once i get it as well. Just to be safe. Online poker in the US is starting to become a problem when it comes to gettin ur $$$$ out.

Winning a big buy in 9 ball pool tournament. I took down a local tourney last night with all the regular hustlers there and it felt good winning it and running some racks against them. And they had no clue who i was and playing with a house cue. It was a great feeling.

Thank you for our answer.... We would still like to play within the hour and only want to know if its not possible to wait longer than that. Reason being, we want to play now and both fund our account. I heard about faxing some informaion and even having to provide routing #'s for a bank acct. Is that true' Thank you.

Is it possible to open an epassporte account and playing within 10 minutes on Full Tilt. My buddy and i are willing to put $100 on Full TIlt and our Visa cards do not allow it any more and we want to play tonight. Any P5 members have an answer to this question, please respond. Thank you. chat ban on FTP.... how long till get back?
I have no idea how i lost my chat. Most likely due to beraiding a bad beat or some other thing. Just wondered how long it might be gone for since FTP support has yet to tell me. Thanks, and I'm usually not very talkative at the tables anyway so i'm very confused.

Does anyone else trade online funds for cash?
I can't be the only one to transfe my online funds to friends and family for cold hard cash. Its faster than waiting for withdrawals and the money goes right into my pocket. Usually its for the casino tourneys but mostly for cash games at home. Any others out there do the same'

I too have been there and stayed over night in the hotel many times. The games are soft, and they have a great new poker room that has electronic screens. Theres no chalk board, and anyone can easily see what tables are available at anytime on those screens. I've even played some PL High Low there and that was a game i killed at that night. Overrall a nice Indian Casino outside of Sactown. It even had an article about that Casino in the April edition of Cardplayer.

c c c c c crazzzzzyyy. I play cash home games 3 times a week at different locations and we would never ever consider taking a rake. So it is against etiquette. I agree it everyone chipped in for beer or food but since my group play so often we all bring our own beer and usually chip in for a pizza or two late in the night. Doesn't sound like to close of friends to me. I think you should tell him to stop taking the rake ASAP. Good luck.

they answered my question i had about tech support and solved a problem i had with them.....next time try asking for a manager. I've been a member for a long time, but don't post to many things. More of a reader of the forum. But lately i see nothing but smart ass comments when other members need some answers from questions. I've also seen others mention this. But i should expect this from an open forum. I tip my glass with those with class and laugh at those with none.

UB tech support phone # 866-605-0311....
I just made a deposit by calling this phone # and there was no problem getting a hold of a live person. They answered some of my questions about deposit amounts and withdrawal amounts and how they send them. Lately UB has sucked.....but this made a difference. Lets hope they turn things around. I'm still loyal because they flew me to Aruba and i had a ball. ParCoPoker

Having trouble downloading the podcasts...help!!
I'm having a problem trying to listen to the podcasts on my windows media player. Do i have to download something else or is it another problem. I would really like to listen to some of these broadcasts. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.

It is true.... The state fair is impacting the poker room in Harveys. Why.... because i went to the fair yesterday instead of going up to Tahoe to play cards. I go every couple of weeks to play there and the fair has lured me to hang around. ParCoPoker
