was gonna start a new thread on this guy. played w/ him in 40k last nite. he shipped another $216 tourney recently.. making his october stats absolutely absurd. plays super laggy, plain retarded. but a lot of hands were really fishy/strange.. just really don't see how he can have that much recent success playing like that. anyone have any info on him' says he's from denmark.

gonna shoot for warsaw 1st. can't really play b4 6pm est, but the best times i've found to play the bigger steps have been on weekend am hours... to avoid most of the known "names". looking forward to APPT steps/schedule too. congrats steve444 on stepcrushage.

grinding up steps. up to step 6 & trying to figure which one is the best one to enter.. monte carlo, warsaw, or san remo' any input on the different ept stops' monte carlo looks like the hardest one. was able to win a pca seat only pkg so feel comfortable playing for top 2. also, anyone still have appt step tix that have been frozen since november' i have a step 5 that's been frozen yet, and they've said appt steps are coming soon, but i can't find any info on the appt season 2.

bankroll questions?
there have been a lot of articles/discussions about bankroll management with regards to x amt of buyins relative to total bankroll and many people feel standards are laid out with cash games, mtt's and sit & go's. but i feel what hasn't been discussed is what exactly constitutes "bankroll". i.e. how much of your actual net worth do you devote to poker, whether it be online roll/live poker.. roll or both. for people with full time jobs outside of poker, how much of your earnings/savings is dedicated to poker. for full time online pros, when you make big scores, how much of it do you move ...

Other recent PCA "seat only" winners..
tough to get friends here (upstate ny) to book a trip w/me to Bahamas on 4 days notice. Just won my seat Sunday morning and am researching hotel options. Stars has beach tower rooms for $250. and am looking at possible Nassau hotels (3-4 mile taxi ride) at around $130 a night. I'm going to book something by the end of the day. Just won my step 6 "seat only" PCA pkg.. was just wondering if anyone would be willing to share a room either at atlantis or elsewhere in paradise island (at a reasonable rate) or split for a room down there... or even if you have any leads on last second hotel availability.. just booked my flight for friday morning. pca steps are good for low volume low limit players such as myself who play 0 mtt tourneys on weekdays. i usually start at step 1 or 2. went up to step 5, 3 diff. times and bombed out. my fourth time, finally hit my step 6 ticket. tryin to find a proper time to play my step 6 and not have to face imperium or kongsgard who are perpetually signed up for both step 6's. also, have an appt step 5 which i'm pleading to stars support to transfer to a pca step 5, but to no avail.

Result: wondering if i misplayed... the turn i bet out 5k. he tanks then goes all in.. of course i'm priced in (bout 4k more). make the call. he has A K off (w/ ace spades blocker). brick river. wondering if a larger bet would of made a diff. or an all in.. or a check/call' anyways, left with about 5k. double up to 10k w/ kq pre shove. then hover around there till level 9. where i raise w/ 88 and run into bullets. busto
