They are almost surely preparing to bail. This statement "The Company also continues to closely monitor the regulatory situation and is determing what actions to take WELL BEFORE THE CONCLUSION OF THE 270-DAY RULEMAKING PERIOD" sounds to me like they are gonna pull a Party Poker and voluntarily shut off US players and not wait for the bank regulations to be formulated.

Who are these guys?
Just an observation. I have noticed a couple of things as i see more and more pictures of the really good online tournament players: 1. Many of them are VERY young. Nothing wrong with this, i think its great i am just shocked at how young they look. and 2. Alot of them look kind of geeky or nerdy. Am i wrong here or does that kind of person make a good tournament poker player' I guess from reading about their exploits i am expecting them to all look like Patrick Antonius, lol.

What will i do without online Poker???
I am so depressed knowing the US Gov. in all of its wisdom is gonna make it illegal to play online poker. Geez, i guess i will have to get a life now. Pisses me off though. Sucks cause i have no live casinos anywhere close by and plus i really just want to play online not live. I am guessing it will be illegal by the end of this year. God i hope not. I am gonna have to find about 30 hrs per week of other activities it looks like. Bummer

People congratulating this cheater for coming clean after being caught red handed are the same ones who believe people who murder did it because their daddy spanked them as kids. Lou, i am sure what you describe is going on alot. I suggest boycotting any tournament that known cheaters are allowed to enter as another way to somehow fight this. If enough of this stuff comes to light it could be devastating to Party Pokers reputation as well. Party Poker better come up with a real solution to this fast or the damage will be immense. I hope that anyone who knows one of these cheating scumbags will turn them in. Do the right thing.

It seems to me that this guy should be banned forever from every internet poker site. Also, all of the people blowing this off as nothing are fools IMO. I hope Party Poker figures a way to keep the many cheaters from ruining the integrity of the tournaments. I would not play in a PP MTT anymore. This is very sad.

I have seen Matusow playing as dill pickle on UB. I noticed 12th place guy was named Edizon from Copenhagen. Pretty sure i remember him as a very good cash game player at Party back when highest N/L buy in was $400. Havent seen him at Party in a long time.

I believe that is what allows your account number to show up each time you open the software. Removing it will cause account number to have to be manually entered. Im not sure about this but i think thats what its for.

Poker Tracker/Poker Edge
I was just wondering what your thoughts are about these systems. Do you think they should be allowed by the poker sites' I have heard that UB and Party are starting to say they cant be used on their sites. I have tested both and can see the benefits, but i dont want to buy them and then get banned for using them. I guess for now i will hold off.

Am reading the book The Professor, The Banker and the Suicide King. About The Big Game with that Andy Beal guy playing the pro syndicate. What a good book! This dude lost 13 mill to Todd Brunson at one sitting playing LIMIT! Anyway its a page turner. I read the whole book the day i got it.
