Bankroll management is a skill Full Tilt and Poker Stars HATERS!!!!!!!! I have plenty of money to make my living expenses, and for the most part all my poker money is extra money anyway, that doesn't mean that I can't be pissed that a poker site, which promised a certain time frame numerous times, did not live up to their end of the bargain. Kentucky Derby - Infield yep, churchill used 9/11 to come up with an excuse on why people can't bring stuff in anymore. You can bring food, but it has to be packed a certain way, but you can't bring any liquor or anything, and they are pretty hardcore about it, so its not like its real easy to sneak it in.....of course you can try, the only thing they do is make you throw it away. Its not bad though becuase the houses around Churchill and the football parking lots by UL's football stadium are all used and you can tailgate and party with 100,000 of your closest friends out there and its just as much fun ... Kentucky Derby - Infield It is something everyone should experience, Louisville parties for two straight weeks for the best 2 minutes in sports, although it has lost some of its fun when they stopped allowing you to bring in coolers and anything else you wanted to the infield. Also, if you are coming, you should go ahead and go friday to The Oaks as well, it is more of the "locals" derby day, but it is just as fun. I have been to countless derby days and oaks days and they are a blast, I will be there this year as well, but I will be in seats and not in the infield. Hit me up if you have any questions or ... Anyone in Louisville?? 4th street is decent, hit up the highlands if you want to see the real louisville and get out of the corporate bar scene. St. Matthews area is also a good spot for bars that have a more local flavor. If you are still in town on Thrusday, you should try and get a ticket to the Louisville vs. Marquette game. If your a college basketball fan, Freedom Hall is an awesome environment and we won't play there after the 2009 season anymore. Posted in: Off Topic |

BCS---What do you think after today? You were knocking our schedule, I was making the point that when you go out and put Miami on your schedule, you obviously believe they are going to be good. We put them on our schedule around 2002, hell there had just won a national title. We've also put FSU on our schedule, and are adding SEC teams left and right, all I was pointing out was that we have tried to make our schedule tough, and it is showing up in our SOS rankings now.... Virginia Tech's defense last year was in the Top 5, I want to say #2, but I'm not looking it up, but I'm positive it was top 5. You can go ahead and call that ... Posted in: Off Topic |

One thing is clear after watching WVU/UL tonight You can tell this thread is just filled with a bunch of people that never watch Louisville play. They just look at a couple numbers, catch the WVU game and make rash generalizations that are in no way true, I couldn't even begin to start correcting every misconception and false statement that has been posted in this thread. BCS---What do you think after today? I will put UL's offense up against any team in the nation without a worry, and that is without our best offensive player. You can laugh your ass off all you want, we have faced some of the best defenses in the nation against Miami and Virginia Tech, and Virginia Tech was with our backup QB and we still got our points and will continue to score on anybody. And speaking of conferences that only beat ranked teams in conference, the SEC has made a career of that. They have their entire reputation based on playing only ranked teams in conference, and when they do go out of conference and play ... Posted in: Off Topic |

BCS---What do you think after today? Louisville's schedule is plenty good enough to rival most of the top teams. We could play 4 Top 25 teams, and 3 Top 17 teams for sure, by the time we are done. That isn't shabby. Our predicted SOS at the end of the season is 23rd. The schedule knock is pure BS. The only people that are saying anything bad about Louisville are just fans of tradition rich programs that don't like to see an upcoming school emerge in the title game, nothing more, nothing less. And anyone knocking the defenses of UL or WVU, check out a few stats from the National Title game last season and get back to ... Posted in: Off Topic |
