Shove all day. You can also 3 bet and never fold regardless. You have 20bbs so theres not even the possibility of flatting there. But to make things worse, you would take the pot OOP, which would make your life miserable. If you didn't want to shove because you haven't been 3 bet shoving much this opponent and he will put you on abig hand, the problem lies on the way you were playing before this hand. Next time, try to make some 3 bet shoves lighter earlier in the game, so he knows you're capable of doing so, and he will call you more often when you actually have a hand. The outcome doesn't ...

Why getting a "real" job is important for you and your poker career.
I find funny the concept of "real jobs" that some people have here. Real job is not always a boring thing that you just do for the money. I work in the financial market and before the credit crunch, I used to wake up happy to go to work everyday. And since things are slowly getting better, I'm starting to have this same feeling again. And you're contributing to society way more than a poker player does. Not that I don't like poker, I love it too. I just think you're underrating "real jobs"

I agree with stark. That's an easy call. Def a Stop & Go. He would do this covering the screen on the flop, cause he decided his action pre flop. BTW, this guy is really aggressive in general. ooops And what would he call with 14bb in the sb that he would flop FD plus two overs' I see only AhKh and AhQh (and which he would probably just shove pre). Not many combos are beating Wicked here imo

PocketFives Triple Crown - Should We Change the Criteria?
Good thread. This week I won one tournament on party and one on stars and both apply for Triple Crown. But I am having a hard time even in FINDING tournaments in other sites that match the Triple Crown criteria, so I believe it's going to be pretty difficult for me to conquer my first TC. Anyway.. I would suggest to change from 3 sites to "AT LEAST" 2 sites. Meaning, if you win 2 tournaments on Stars and one on Party, you could achieve the Triple Crown. All the other criteria should remain the same imo, since it still has to be a difficult thing to achieve. That's my opinion about it.

Marty, a couple of suggestions that would make me go back to betfair (apart from the one that they said already, about the timebank): 1. Feed on P5s rankings. 2. Synchronized breaks!!! I can't understand why they don't make their breaks at the 55th minute of each hour, as some other sites do. I have an account there and I stopped playing there exactly because of those problems. Hope it helps

Proxy Server to play in the US
I'm planning to spend some time in the US this summer, and I heard I could actually play online from there if I have a proxy server. (I have a Brazilian address in my poker accounts) My questions are: 1. Is it legal' 2. Have any non-US player tried to do that and does it work well' I tried to play on iPoker network using those "fakeIP" tools and it didn't work at all, so I'm kinda worried if this is going to work. Please tell me your experiences about this matter, so we can help us out.

I thought about that.. It seems to be a good idea to continue playing there. If you're not seeing your money ever again, it doesn't really matter if you are winning or not. But if you are, there is a great value in playing those big overlays. That's great news! Still waiting on my request though
