Can't get into PokerStars
I fire up the program and just after it connects and before I can click "log in" the program screen goes white and the "hourglass" comes up. This has only happened since last night. I have also had a problem logging of of Pokerstars since last upgrade. If Anyone can help please let me know. Thank you in

In the "old days"(2004) it was done as an intimidation tool. If you ended a bet size with 99 it would look like a skyscraper of chips. It quickly was diagnosed as a donkey trick and was treated as such. In my experience, as with anything in poker, It Depends on the player as to wethr it is still a donk trick anymore...lol. But that is the origin of the "99" bet size as far as I can remember

Adam, thank you for your response. i emailed support this morning. Awaiting thier response. This only happens when i am signed in. I have been able to read posts when signed out. The only reason i can respond here is i hit reply while signed out then signed in when prompted and Presto I get to respond. But I will not be able to see my post once it is submitted...lol. Hoping you all can help. Thanks for all your help in advance & for all the work you have done and have in store for the future.

the words "A Shitload of CASH" mean anything' They are turning what used to be the premiere tournament in the world into some circus sideshow so that they can rake in more of the almighty dollar. I don't like the idea, because it could afford someone a better chance of winning due to coaching, tape study, sponsorship rewards (which may ease a finnacial burden & would change the way they play). Let them play Poker the way it should be played and the way it has been played.
