sounds like what worked in Malta could wind up costing this fool more money than he won there My guess would be because he knows people will be uncomfortable reacting to it. After having so much time to study he prolly feels like people will get a pretty good feel for each other and thinks really mixing it up will be worth it even tho in a vacuum open limping is generally bad

It'd be fine if this is actually the only thing people were posting about, but it's not. At this point it simply should not matter what anyone thinks about the topic of the 80k, in terms of whether or not Jymaster is off the hook or not. Discussing his reputation and what should come of this whole thing is another matter completely. But to the people suggesting compromises I ask you this: If you were being sued for 80k, won your case, and then the guy sueing you said, "That was bs dude let's just compromise instead," what would you say'

Do you guys not understand what arbitration means' It's not the same as mediation. Arbitration is binding, the parties agree to act on whatever the arbitrator says. If PokerJamers did in fact arbitrate in this instance, and Jordan won, he should be free. Like he said, he got completely freerolled in that arbitration if his story is true and that, after losing the arbitration, Moorman decided to make this public and make another attempt at getting a piece. Would like to see PokerJamers confirm that he arbitrated.

Sorry if this is a repost, but has anyone tried these energy balance bands' I just got the lecture from the salesman at the mall, and bought one just because it actually did immensely improve my balance. Along with all the other crap he said it supposedly does, I thought it was worth the $15 investment. Maybe could help with the golf swing' Thoughts'

MSNBC reporting AP/UB headed for bankruptcy
That was anything but an "I told you so rant," as I myself have money on the site, albeit not a whole lot, because I knew UB was sketchy. What I'm saying is donkiman sounds dumb when he tries to play dumb and act like he had no reason to believe that UB was anything but a "legitimate site." The reasons for people being weary of UB and many even completely boycotting it have been endless.
