Tipping Spots on Vacation
This is not meant to be a discussion about whether the practice of tipping is correct, but if you regularly tip are these spots where you tip and if so how much' Assume that in all situations the employee is very courteous and the service is good. Situations: 1. You take a transportation company service to your hotel. This is not a hotel service but an outside service. Sign in the van says "Gratuity not included in ticket price." your right... there is barely anybody in China, and they have no reason to have oil reserves. they would not care to have their reserves high as they have the world spotlight on them. they probably don't even use oil. /sarcasm if you would like to purchase the long end of a oil future, there are companies struggling to find people to do so since most speculators believe oil prices are coming back down for numerous reasons. oil reserves in the US are irrelevant since demand has dropped significantly and supply is ample, as I had previously stated

last time I checked construction equipment required fuel... i think they may have built a few things. also supplies need to be moved before and during the Olympics along with athletes and other such things. should violence break out in the middle east you don't want that to hinder your ability to have a successful Olympics.

I can't believe 3 pages have gone by and nobody has mentioned the main reason oil prices have been fluctuating. A large part of oil speculation has to do with speculation of a possible impending war between Israel and Iran. When oil was at an all time high Iran had just tested a missile and Israel had just demonstrated their air force's ability. Of course China had also previously been hoarding oil in preparation for the Olympics, which had been putting upward pressure. Also hurricane season has not materialized as expected. President Bush has had nothing to do with the prices going ...

Why not try and trade the pick for a big time center' Maybe Elton Brand or someone similar to that' The bulls sucked because they had no inside presence. Also before you jump all over Kirk, Deng and Gordon had pretty bad years as well. I am not sure which school you went to in Chicago, but there are many magnet schools which are just as good as the catholic schools. Whitney Young and Parker are all amazing. Having said that there are private schools such as Latin which do not bring religion at all and provide the greatest education in the city.

Another Delayed ME Thread
I am too lazy to do the math but 1/4 year's interest on 15+ million dollars is a large sum of money. Is that gonna be passed on to the players or is Harrahs just gonna pocket the interest' Seems like a silly thing but if someone where inclined to do the math I am sure it is a pretty decent sum.

Landlord Issues... What are my rights?
I am renting a condo from a owner. On the contract it clearly states a move-in fee but says nothing about a move out fee. When I moved in there was no move out fee, but a couple of months ago the association created one. The owner I leased from never turned in our lease so she will charged the fee in assessment. She claims my roommates and I should be responsible for this. What can we do' Also when talk of the security deposit came up she said should would be keeping it for 30 days. In the contract it clearly states it will be held in an escrow account. Do I have a right to request proof it ...

Convert Word 2007 to Word 2003 EDIT( I do not have 2003)
Anyone know how to convert a document from 2007 to 2003 without having Word 2007' If not can I email someone the document and they convert it' 2 bucks on stars for someone if they convert it and email it back to me. I was golfing at the driving range in lincoln park last year, and there was a coyote out by the flags. The stupid workers were chasing it in golf carts pissing it off, so me being the pussy I am I moved to the upper level. This also reminds me of the fox that jumped into a cooler in a quiznos in downtown Chicago. Been a weird year with big cats in Chicago.

FWIW you use Z when talking about population means and population standard deviations, therefore N is irrelevant. If you were doing samples means and standard deviations, then you would use the t-statistic which would make sample size relevant.
