AK off in live 2-5 game...
Wow...can't believe that i missed that you had 320 behind...for some reason I thought you had 1.3k back...I take back what I said... If you did for some reason have 1.3k back, I would stick with my original statement...fold

Do you have any reads on this guy' Is he young, old, agressive, tight, etc'' Is he capable of making a play on you with less than QQ or AK' My experiences with this spot and with no reads in 5-10 and 5-10-20 live games are that 75% of the time he will show up with KK or AA. The other 25% of the time he will have QQ, AK, and very rarely will be spazzing out. I would lean towards folding here, even though it could be considered exploitable to another thinking player...

AP Customer Service - Is this right?
Alright guys, so I usually deposit funds on AP for the big Wednesday tournaments and made approximately $3800 in deposits over the course of 2 weeks. For whatever reason, a $300 deposit did not clear from my bank account. Subsequently, I got an e-mail saying that the check was returned and the funds deducted from my account. Nothing was said to me and my thinking is that we were square on the matter and since they took back the $300 we were good. I 3 bet Villain twice within the last 2 orbits and he folded each time. Last time I showed 8's because a short stack behind me shoved. playing in a pretty soft 5/10 game with about 2k behind me, in the cutoff. Folds to me and I make it 40 with 9Js, Button Calls, BB Calls. Flop comes J98 w/ 2 clubs. It checks to me so I bet 100, Button Calls, BB Calls. Turn comes 6. BB checks, I check, Button Makes it 250 and the BB Folds. At this point I look over at the buttons stack and thought that he only had about 350 or so behind (not realizing he had about 720). I must have missed a stack or two. Z06....with all due respect, the post was not about whether or not I'm a good player. I have played with you a lot on AP (pjw1168) and my ROI is well over 100 pct , stars is another story though. Regardless, other than a donk play here or there I'm suprised you would say that.

I have been thinking a lot about this lately. I'm sure that most here would agree that the online game is so much tougher to beat these days than it was several years ago and the only way to copmbat the swings is by putting in much more volume. unfortunately, with my work commitments, gf, etc it doesn't leave much time for poker. And so what may be a week long dpwnswing for one could be severals months for a guy like me. Not a good feeling... I also had a sick heater, at the HR tampa in March playing blackjack. I started with 2.5k and I took them for about 264k in 5 hours. By the end of the night I was betting 3 hands of 5K each. I couldn't lose!

43K in 24 hours, here's a post from several years ago I made... Generally I am a 1/2 2/4 NL player with pretty good success. About a month ago I had the most amazing run of cards, obviously I had been drinking. I had at the time about $400 on my FTP account and said Fk it, let's see how far I can take this in 1 night.
