update if this internet bill passes
Heard from a dept of justice official that penalties will be swift if one plays on a site that is not usa regulated within us boundaries. Money laundering concertns and what not have me thinking to play on the regulated sites and avoid any poker sites that is within usa terrritoery of players and not legal.

If Party comes back to the U.S.
things will change drasticaaly when/if poker gets legal within the usa. There will be a soc security number where]winnings will get reported to the irs, the economy is bad now, casino's and the lotto are expanding more then they did in 2006. The poker fad is on the decline..in fact euro sites which have very little if any regulation are not seeing any kind of poker boom. You also have extreme cases of cheating that have been made public. You are dealing with many different things then you did back in 2006 era...training and coaching is expanding.
