Re(5): Are these good sng stats? Nooooooooooooooooooooo. Perfect poker doesnt equal the most money... Done properly greater volume makes way more money than perfect poker. If you dont feel comfortable or want to play 116356834 tables at once, then dont. But if you can multi-table effectively you will make much much more money than playing just one or two tables. Re(3): Are these good sng stats? My advice.. play 10 tables at once, make way more $ per hour, and deal with the occasional huge donkey move that will anyone will do when playing that many tables at once. Afterall, what are you after' Playing perfect poker or making as much money as possible' Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): SNG question...Correct shove? This is a bad bad shove. Look at the situation, one player has just barely over 3 BB and you are shoving a trash hand into a massive chipleader's BB. Definitely not a smart play. You should only be shoving a real hand into the CL's BB and shoving any two into the shorty's BB. If I were the CL I might just call with a very wide range out of spite Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): was it wrong to check flop on this hand Yes. It is obviously horrible to get all the money in with your opponent drawing to two outs. I cant stand posts like this. Don't post supposedly 'asking for advice' when all you want is some sympathy garbage for getting two-outered. GTFO Please post this crap in » Bad Beats Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Did I get to greedy here?....1/2 NL live game Your logic on the river is so flawed. So you think he has two pair' OK. Then whether you bet or not should be determined by whether you think he will call you with two pair. If you dont think he is calling with a worse hand, then you are going to win the pot anyways so why make a bet that will only get a call from a better hand' The betting $25 and folding to a raise is definitely the better option, as you might get a call, but putting your opponent all in on a board like that one shows extreme strength and IMO will only get a call from someone with the straight. Re(1): tough bubble play in a single table SnG IMO, there is one factor that makes this a MUST call, and that is that you are going thru the blinds before the shortstack. AJ is way ahead of his range here and you, having no fold equity, cant afford to fold and push any two the next hand. You MUST MUST MUST call here. Your AJ should look like AA to you here Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): LOOK AT THIS HAND....In the SB, on the bubble. what do you do here? Both plays are absolutely 100% standard. You obviously have only one option as to how to play uour jacks, and if you are a somewhat reasonable player then his A high is well ahead of the range of hands you would open shove into his BB. Nothing you can do about this. Just unlucky Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): Is this a +EV shove? Agreed. If you standard raise you will be getting 2 to 1 to call the SB's shove, so you obviously wont be folding 66. Therefore, as waco said, your shove from the button is completely standard Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): hand from 2k sng SHOVE. There is too much dead money in the pot to pass up. The player in the BB will need at least a decent hand to call your iso-shove as he does not want to double you up and then be stuck being the shortie with little or no fold equity on the bubble. Re(1): Edited Title: ONE TIME can I get some help? There is a min raise UTG and a flat call by UTG+1. This is about as bad a spot to squeeze as possible. One of the two players HAS to have a hand, there is a very high percentage chance that you are going to get called in this situation. A better time to try a squeeze is when a loose raiser opens from middle or late position and gets flat called by a player on the button or cutoff. In this second situation niether player needs to have any sort of a hand. However, when there is an EP raise and call, it would be very ill-advised to attempt a squeeze play. I hope you are able to see why you ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): Potential resteal. dtools you really need to do some work on your sng game. Do you what kind of equity your KJ has vs the range you put him on' You only have 40% vs 22+,A2+. Why on earth would you call off 15 BB on the bubble of an sng in a situation where you have only 40% equity' Also, the range you put him on is ridiculously small. As I said in my other post, I would be shoving form the BB with almost any 2. In that situation, if the CL is any good he is going to be reraising almost any raise in front of him to let the other players know that they are simply not allowed to raise while the sng is still on ... Re(1): Potential resteal. If i were the chipleader I would be shoving with a very very wide range of hands here. To be honest i really dislike your raise. Firstly, you are raising the chipleader's BB on the bubble of a sng, this is generally not a good idea as if the CL is a good player he should shove with a very wide range. Secondly, you are putting in 20% of your stack with a hand that you absolutely cannot call a shove with. Why raise to 3.5 BB if you are basically just hoping to steal the blinds' If everyone is going to fold then a 2.5 BB raise will work just as well and you will save valuable chips when one of ...
