Just wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for a Droid ap to track live cash sessions and tournaments.

Re:Is this a cold deck or a spew?
Based on the PF action, I don't see how you could put him on anything but AA or KK here. I love the J5o SB limp here...then spiking 2 pair you gotta think you are golden and gotta go all the way with it with almost 60 blinds. You just got flat out cold decked here...

Re:verbal betting in a live tournament
If you put a single chip in that has a higher value than a call, you have to state you are raising. If it's multiple chips you don't have to announce the raise.

Re:Cake is Players correct?
Yes, they also have about 14 other skin sites. I believe most of the tourneys are the same, but some of the reward tourneys might be different. I also believe they use different payment processors for each skin.

Re:are you good at omaha but bad at holdem?
Mr. Sellout, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Re(3): Interesting Info about Ultlimate Bet that you all need to read
Newman, please explain to me how they would lose enough of their business to make a difference to them. I'm very interrested to know how you would plan on informing all of their players. Also, how many of those people that you do inform are going to believe you, and on top of that of the people that do belive you, how many are going to stop playing because of it' Rethink you statement a little bit. We on in the online world and not a B&M casino. There is no risk. For every person that would quit playing on that site, there would be 30 that sign up with no knowledge of what is going on. ...

Re(1): Interesting Info about Ultlimate Bet that you all need to read
Whether it is true or not that sites rig certain tournaments or cash games, most of you are a little naive to blindly believe this doesn't happen. Corporations thrive on the "they wouldn't do that to us" mentality. One of the posts in this thread mentions that the sites wouldn't do this because they wouldn't risk their license, what license' It is an online gaming site that is outside of the US. Technically it is illegal, so there is no license, nor any risk of legal repercussions for foul play. Someone else mentioned the sites not wanting to ruin their reputation. How exactly is this going ...

Re(2): Dise 100r BIG BIG PROBLEM
I wrote and argued with them about this a few weeks ago. I received a couple of weak send off replies, then finaly received one where they flat out lied saying that this isn't the case. Shortly after this I noticed that their tournaments now say Guaranteed Buy In Pool, instead of Guaranteed Prize Pool as they did the week before. So, they have now basically covered their ass for any current or future tournaments, but have not show willingness to correct old mistakes.

Re(4): Question for ranked guys....
I think alot of you guys are being a little naive thinking that people are playing at you because you are ranked players. The majority of people you are playing against have no idea who you are, or what ranking you hold. The plays made against you just lead back to one simple fact...donks will be donks.

Re(1): Is this a dick move?
Definately report them. Not much usually comes out of it if it's the first time they've been reported, but they could get their chat revoked with more reports. I had the same thing happen to me in a live NL ring game, 2 guys discussed calling and checking down my all in. The dealer nor the pit did anything about it. Wanted to kick their teeth in, but all that would have done was get me kick out.

It's a tough site to get away from. The donkey/player ratio is so high.

Re(4): "Guaranteed" Tourneys on Dise
This isn't really a tough concept to understand....just simple math. It isn't the same. On dise in a $200 buy in, $182 goes to the prize pool and $18 goes to the house. Unlike a $200 + $15 where $200 goes to the pool and $15 to the house. But, this isn't even the issue here. I'm talking about the tournaments that GUARANTEE a certain PRIZE pool. The guarantee says that is how much money will be paid out in prizes, but this just isn't the case if the buy in pool isn't atleast 9% about the guarantee.

Re(2): "Guaranteed" Tourneys on Dise
It really doens't work out the same. Most sites for rebuy tourneys take the buy in plus a flat entry fee on the first buy in, then all rebuys go to the prize pool. On dise, they take 9% of all rebuys as well. The rake ends up killing the pool much more than any other site.

"Guaranteed" Tourneys on Dise
I was just curious if anyone else has noticed the fake guaranteed tourneys on dise. They claim to have a guaranteed prize pool. What they don't tell you, unless I missed the fine print, is that the only thing guaranteed is the buy in pool. Which of course, they take their 9% from. So the prize pool rarely ever meets the guarantee in the large tournaments. For example, the 150k guaranteed last weekend only paid out $137,956 ($151,600 buy in pool - 9%) I attempted to write them to find out their explaination for this, but just got the runaround and flat out lied to. Has anyone else contacted ...

Re(1): calculating % of hitting your hand post-flop; easy and accurate
So, you are saying...when you have 22 outs on the flop you have a 94% chance of hitting' That's about 24% off.
