It's officially time to start worrying about NETeller
I'm sure people will rip me because ive posted twice and both have been negative, but NETeller appears to be on the verge of fucking us all. They no longer allow users to use the NETeller card and now they said on the phone that they are not currently allowing ANY withdrawals. I called today to ask where my card was and they said they are no longer allowing ANY TYPE of withdrawals until further notice. When I asked if the company was going bankrupt because they dont have the funds for all the users they would not answer and simply said that I will have to wait and see about withdrawing ...

i told EVERY site about it. none of the sites (and i use all the major ones and make a lot of transactions both ways) have EVER sent money to or from neteller since '05. and the account was 100% closed. when NETeller got my 10k last week they put it in my 'closed' account and i had to call them and admit that i owed them $1088 (which i didnt but had no choice) in order for me to get the rest. otherwise they would have held my entire amount frozen until the investigation was complete which could take months and wasnt worth it for me.

guys, please see my response on original post. i changed absolutely nothing. the items they claimed i changed are so small compared to the big picture that it would make no sense for me to even add that in. on top of that this is the email they sent me tonight AFTER i posted this thread...... please also keep in mind that my name is not Kenneth. while i am happy they refunded some of it i still think its absurd that i only get back half. why should i suffer for their mistake' on top of that i had to go through so much BS over the past week that it really isnt even worth it. literally ...

1. I never doctored any emails. i can post at least 20 emails that i sent to full tilt from the 16th of January until today. 2. why would i doctor THOSE portions of the email'!'!'! it doesnt help or hurt my case in ANY way. my bottom line was that FT sent the funds to the wrong place and wouldnt refund my money. 3. often times i had to send between 4-5 emails over a two day period before getting ANY response and the response was always almost the same BS. here are the emails over the first 3 days when NOBODY from FT emailed me back..... 1. i have a serious issue. i took out $10,200 over ...

This is the best one yet. So I guess before I do anything in life I should make sure that everything else in my life is 1000% completed. I specifically told Full Tilt to NEVER use NETeller. I told them this 18 months ago. I have also received and given money to/from FT more than 40 times and it has NEVER been with NETeller. Yet you think it's my fault. Causeus..... i went to college. my degree is in computer science. i dont throw these terms around. someone added funds to neteller from my ip address on a day that i was out of manhattan all day (at my brothers fyi in long island). i come home to see the money is out and xfered to PP and gone. neteller said it was from my IP address. i live alone. that said..... my home comp was hacked into from the outside and someone from my home ip accessed neteller and did this. they also used my igm check pay on PP to take out 6k. but this is irrelevant to the current situ. im in.

admiral.... here is the email i sent FT after they asked for some proof. this was all i could do...... you can see i got 10,200 from FT sent to my neteller. then i wanted to see if they fixed the prob so i withdrew .02 and once again they sent it to neteller. then neteller takes out 1088. AND they have the nerve to take out $11 because i asked to have money overnighted (which is 6-8 weeks these days). *********************** there is no documentation. they say i deposited 1k + $88 fee over a year ago and i claimed i never did. my acct was hacked into. i even had to cancel my old checking ...

Here is another email they sent after they spoke with neteller............ keep in mind that i DO NOT have a neteller card so the 9k of the 10k i requested will take 6-8 weeks to get. NETeller has responded back to our reversal request and have reaffirmed that they no longer process any transactions to or from online gambling sites, including transaction reversals. as previously stated the 1k isnt the issue. its the principle and the way ft treated a long-time customer. combined with them admitted fault, i found this to be very troubling for online poker..... esp with whats going on lately.

yes i specified to have em send it to my bank acct. my neteller was associated with FT from 2 yrs ago. after my problem i emailed every online site telling them i no longer use neteller bc of a fraud situation and to never send money to them.

whether or not you guys know who i am or like me, those 2 emails i posted are from FT and make up 95% of my post. i was just showing you guys what FT wrote to me with a basic background. they admitted they f'ed up, they sent me $55 and told me to go take care of it on my own.
