I think you have qq. I would call with AA and any boat if i am him. He prob calls u with AK and ur pissed IMO. (Which is a bad call)

I agree that limping the 80 and limping the 240 is prob the same range to the extent of set over set here. I do think that 240 gets out alot of suited gappers tho that he could be playing here cheaply. So he could have 2 pair or a big flush/straight draw. As played i like potting the flop with intentions of getting it in to a repop. I like check calling the turn bet and reevaluating on river. Leading out on turn looks weak IMO and gives a good chance to steal with 2 pair or big draw that he def could have. If you flat turn then check river then it really depends on what he does here. Well i def thought about 3 betting flop but if i do then im putting in enough that im prob just not folding on turn or river. I really thought i was behind when i called the repop and was hopping he plz had naked clubs and check turn. I mean there are 6 hand that beat me and didnt think the 7th best had was good for a 100 bb stack.

Flat pre is fine or small raise with intentions to call 50bb stack's shove is also fine. If you raise to 47 and UTG shoves and UTG + 1 shoves u can def get away. As played plz get it in. You are getting 2-1 and he has AK, 88+ with that stack. Prob can rule out AA bc of the large raise pre. He could have 99 very realistically and raised big pre, saw that you were not super strong bc u flatted a raise and a reraise and was really only worried bout the re raiser who has to be super strong to call bc u are left to act behind. Well thats my question. 1. I cant open fold. 2. If i 3 bet i have to put in like 43K and then may not get to see five cards if i dont flop something. This case it would not matter obv. 3. I call and let a set hit or 2 pair or something random that i should have gotten out pre. I am not being results oriented. I realize that this hand plays out the same way any way i take, but i was just so confused here for some reason last night i wanted some input.

Long story short. I was CL in 40K on tilt last night with 1.1 million chips and 2nd and 3rd combinded had round 900K. Guy with 700K bets 30k on turn into 50 k pot and i repop with air to 777,777 instead of 77,777. He obv snaps with flopped tripps that i tried to rep. Got it in A10<KQ shortly after that. GG me.

Yeah its just a fked up spot. That is prob 89% of the reason that i called. If the positions were different then it is an easy fold. I just have a hard time giving people credit opening that late.

Ive never been called a tight player. lol. I guess the real question here is how to play the hand better. Ok i know that i should stack off here i guess, and i def did, but how could i have played the hand better' I cant open fold I can flat call and bet any flop' I kinda like this actually bc my big ace is really hidden and i could get paid off on bluff or weaker ace. Also if he has mid pair and flop is 10 j 4 and i pot bet then he probably gives up. I am essientially risking about the same % of my stack and can get away froma reshove if i dont bang up the flop.
