Re:Good shove with ducks?
I don't know how often people like to raise/fold 15bbish stacks, factor in that 22 is in bad shape against his stacking off range I think you're better off just folding this pre.

Re:folded the best hand
OK this hand history is in a weird format but from what I can tell you've posted OOP, which you should genereally avoid, it's not so bad if your in the CO but just wait for the BB, your throwing away money. When #4 min bets into 4 people, he very rarely has a strong hand, it's almost always going to be a weak pair, weak draw or just total air, #7 calling gives u similar info, he doesn't have much of a hand, if he had top pair or better he's likely raising this draw heavy board both for value and to get more information and to prevent other players drawing for a cheap ...

Re(2): Open Limping In Late Position
I see what you're saying, but how would you adjust to situations where you have aggressive players to your immediate left or 2 to your left' Say you open limp in the HJ then you're kind of opening yourself up to be exploited by a LAG player by having to play a raised pot out of position (when your goal was to be playing a smaller pot in position). Or how about situations where the blinds are aggressive post flop, ie leading into a lot of flops' I suppose if the blinds are high enough there is room for floating etc because I can't see a limp and fit or fold approach being as profitable as a ...

Open Limping In Late Position
Who ever does this' I know poker (and tournament poker especially) rewards aggression and I wonder whenever I see this happen what defense there is to it' Can somebody give me an example of a situation where they might advocate open limping in LP or on the button (any conceiveable situation) and explain why it might be the best play' I'm just interested to know what some of the positives are to this as opposed to raising.

Re(1): 2 Hands from Late in 17.5K Yesterday
hmmm, first one is pretty tricky, you really need a bit of a read on the table, cos I think opening with the intention of folding to a shove (from someone who has you covered) is a little spewy (obv ur not folding to a shortstack shove). If the table has been playing pretty tight then you can probably raise fold knowing your pretty far behind your opponents range, if some of the big stacks have been more aggressive then basically you gotta make the decision then and there wheather or not you're gonna go with it. i think the 66 is an instant fold, you have a mediocre hand which is very likely ...

2nd hour of the Stars $3 rebuys
I'm just wondering what kind of approach you guys take in the second hour of the $3 rebuy, obviously it is going to be dependent on your stack size, but in general how aggressive do people tend to play. I feel like I should be playing fairly aggressively because of antes but the play seems to be pretty similar to the 1st hour of a regular freezout (where I usually play pretty tight), there are lots of loose passive players who seem to be splashing around in a lot of pots with makes me think tightening up might be more correct, what works for you guys'''

Re(5): What play should I make here? Call or Fold
tbh i think you are too far behind his range for this to be profitable, he's 3betting all in against 3 other players with an almost 60bb stack, unless he is real crazy it's hard to see him doing this with a hand other than AK, TT,JJ,QQ, maybe AQs, AA or KK he probably raises a bit smaller... I just highly doubt that he is ever doing this with a hand that isn't crushing or flipping with 99, sure there's a bit of dead money in the pot but i don't think it's a profitable call regardless.

Re(1): 1/2 nL cash game situation ( EMphasis on Post Flop)
Since you want to emphasise on post flop play, I'll question why you 'can't put him on AK'. I don't know how often you've been 3-betting but assuming you're a tight-solid player and also that villian is of a similar category then you really can't think his range is too wide, I'm saying probably QQ+ and AK, and QQ maybe even smooth calls your 3bet. So we look at that range, QQ is probably pretty questionable, maybe he takes this line but I think if you call a bet on the flop he would be done with the hand (had he not hit his set on the turn). KK is extremely unlikely given that he would have ...

Re(1): uNL donk does what with JJ?
Of secondary concern here which the above poster did not mention is the behaviour you may have seen from Da-Cheek and nihil in response to 3-bets. Have they been folding to these in previous hands or do they become attached once they have invested in the pot' Will the fact that a shortstack is the reraiser make them more likely to stick around' With a hand like JJ, not only is it already quite possible you are behind Juja's range here, but the possibility of perhaps facing multiway action with your Jacks is of even greater concern, as JJ loses considerable value in multiway pots, the times ...

Is it profitable to play aggressively in this sitaution?
Playing in the stars $5 rebuy, for about 60-90 minutes or so I was seated at a table were the play was very tight-passive. This was from about level 10 or 11 onwards (until i busted). My stack kinda hovered between 20-30bbs for most of this, and it was like I was at the perfect table to really open up my game and steal blinds etc, the only other player getting involved preflop was extremely passive post-flop. The problems I faced was 1) I was absolutely card dead for this period - not even picking up speculative hands, just garbage over and over, and 2) the two players to my immediate left ...

Re(2): Double up system in black jack good or bad?
Well unfortunately, players can't control when they are or aren't going to get a blackjack. The house percentage is determined factoring in the bonus odds you receive for a blackjack and you are still an underdog. Basically, you are no more or less likely to receive a BJ on your 1st bet as on your 7th bet, so no that does not make it a profitable strategy.

"Is it even posible to lose 17 striaght times on black jack assuming u are a good player'" lol.... Blackjack is not a game of skill, being "good" just means you know basic strategy and that the edge the house has on you is slightly less than what they have on other players, and yes you can lose 17 times in a row, although it's extremely unlikely.

Re(1): Double up system in black jack good or bad?
long run - you are theoretically guarenteed to lose all your money. As somebody mentioned, with an infinite bankroll, and no maximum bet, this is an infallible system, however 1) there are maximum bets and 2) if you had infinite $ why the hell do you need to win $10 anyway' In practice, it kinda depends on how long you consider the long run to be. Say that you decided you would go to the casino one day and try this out, if you have enough to cover say 7 bets (with each bet doubling) then you can probably be something like 98-99% sure you are going to walk out with an extra $10 in your ...

although it's irrelevant to the way i play the hand (which is the same as you did, ul) I would prob consider opening up the other table when your down to just two tables and approaching the final table so that you can try and get some reads on your opponents when you do eventually meet them.
