Re:Best Limit Holdem Player in the world
I'd have to say TexasLimitKing is the best. I've seen him just abuse Phil Ivey and once saw him on two tables with a million on each.

The Weirdest Table
Yesterday I was playing PLO and had the strangest thing happen. For the two hours I was there, all six players saw almost 100% of the flops. Raised pots, limped pots, didn't matter. NOBODY folded preflop. Even a raised-reraised-rereraised pot ended up with five people all in in it. Crazy! Fortunately I've played a lot PLO and ended up tripling my buy-in before I had to leave, but have just never seen anything like it. Hopefully they'll all be back today.

The Blue Screen of Death
Well, my PC went Blue Screen on me and now I need a new one. A friend of mine helped me build it from scratch ten years and many beers ago. Unfortunately he's moved away so I'm on my own this time. It didn't seem so hard that I can't do it again, but any recommendations would be welcome. Not a gamer. But did have problems with freeze-ups when multi-tabling on the dead one that I'd like to avoid. Hey, and maybe I'll actually back up my s**t this time. Such a donk. Thanks

Re:Set of 3's. How would you play it?
I would probably value bet the river here putting him on AK or AA. The second ten might keep him from calling a big push. That said, there's a good chance I would've shoved the turn and hoped he had hearts. -

Re:did i play this right
His turn raise looks very strong there so I would suspect he filled up. You don't want to fold but try to get to showdown as cheap as possible. -

Re:sick, sick hand from Nightly 100k/$162... thought please
AA, KK, QQ, AK, he probably reraises pre-flop. JJ, 99, 88, a set, or even a twin with your tens are possibilities. You have plenty of chips to wait for a better spot. I'd fold. You'll get to see his hand at showdown and have a better read on him for later. -QAsRevenge

Re(1): HU on Stars
Well, I see that I got the usual chicken-shit replies from the idiots that have nothing better to do than to read post and make stupid comments. Expected that. Maybe you guys should spend a little more time working on your game and less time on your chat room stand up.

HU on Stars
I'd like to ask a favor nicely of my fellow players. Poker Stars doesn't offer .10/.25 Heads Up cash games but a lot of us enjoy playing them. Invariably though, we can't get more than a handful of hands played before someone joins in (usually with only 5 bucks for some reason, but that's not the point). PLEASE! Do not join a HU game without asking! We are probably playing HU on purpose! If the table just happens to be one that has just broken up and is reseating, fine, but don't assume that to be the case. Ask! I know, I'll get flamed by some of you donks. "They have cash HU at higher ...

Re(2): Low Limit Cash Games
I don't know, using the comparatives in the academy software my stats are either even with or slightly more aggressive than recomendations. Plus, I often get called down light so I wouldn't say my table image is one of a rock.

Low Limit Cash Games
I recently purchased the Poker Academy Prospector software with the idea of finding any leaks or areas for improvement. What I discovered though made me wonder if it is possible to actually win playing low limit cash. When looking at overall net profit it showed a long sliding gradient loss. When I reran the data using the filter to only show hands played, it showed a nice gradual profit and an ROI of 7 percent. So, does that make me a winning player that still loses money due to rake and frequency of blinds playing six tops' Should I just bail on low limit cash games and use tournaments to ...

Re(1): !!!!!!!!WTF DID HE HAVE??????????
I believe he had to have a least a jack in which case you couldn't call anyway. Probably not an ace though. While some people will push all in to make it look like a bluff there, most will get too excited to see those trip aces and check when acting first.
