Dont do this. Work the meat as little as possible to form a patty. The more you work the meat the more it begins to break down (end up with shit all over your hands) and a tight patty makes a tough burger. Use 80/20 ground chuck. As gently as possible form a patty. Season with your choice (I use a little worcestershire and cavender's), place on a hot grill. Flip once. Cook medium-medium rare. Let rest for 3-5 minutes before you dig in.

Agree. The best advice is to not have sex with this woman. Having sex on the 1st date could ruin any opportunity you have at a long term future with her. But most importantly, having premartial sex is a sin. As far as having to take a shit is concerned, I hear icy-hot on the bottom side of your nut sack helps speed up the process.

Now this thread is getting somewhere. lol, in all seriousness, thanks for all the replies and keep them coming. I do currently still live in my home. I was not in the military. I do love my country. I do have the same job i started 10 years ago and 97.89% sure I will have until the day I die. The one problem I see about renting is that what little bit of equity I can get out of selling my home will be greatly needed for a down payment on the new home. Dolphin, Im not really sure yet but hopefully I can come up with around 10%. My plan when i bought in 2006 was for my next home to be a step up in quality/price. Now that the plan has backfired I'm not sure how much house/down payment I will be able to afford. I plan on getting with a mortgage broker next week and laying it all out and have them tell me what I qualify for and how much PMI is going to cost me. . I've been thinking about renting out my house instead of selling it until the market improves but not really sure I want to deal with being a landlord with all the other shit I got ...

Here is the deal. I am moving 2.5 hours from my current location. I currently own a home with a mortgage right now. Unfortunately for me, I bought in 2006 at the peak and my home is worth about 18% less now, then when I bought. This was my 1st home purchase and I put 20% down. Obv once I sell, a huge chunk of my equity will be lost. When i move, I would like to purchase another home instead of renting. The problem is, with the loss in equity from above, I no longer have 20% to put down. Is PMI my only option' (i have good credit fwiw) Any tips/hints/suggestions'

My crow taste good. Amazing game of two halves. My only bet was the under. Take away the 2 short field touchdowns, punt return. pick 6. It mightve hit. At the same time, UGA left about 14 points on the field in the 1st half. Oh well. Looking forward to the rematch for all the marbles.

The UGA team that will be in the dome on saturday is miles ahead of the one we saw in week 1. If you are using a game in week 1 to justify a pick in week 13, I would love to be your bookie. Pretty sure a stat like rushing yards allowed is not irrelevant. Much more relevant then strength of schedule when comparing two teams from the same conference. Dont count UGA out. To cover that is. They have no shot to win imo but I believe they can make this a game. The UGA defense vs SEC teams is only allowing 47 yards rushing per game. Take away the 253 that USC gained early in the year and that average falls to 17 yards per game. Thats just nasty. UGA can also get after the passer. They are second in the SEC with 32 sacks only trailing LSU who has 33. We all know how good the LSU defense is so no reason to discuss them.....we know what they can do. we (the fans) wanted him at ole miss badly. others (admin) didnt. He def got a raw deal at TTech but there is something else going on (outside of the lawsuits) that is making admins across the country shy away from him.
