Re:UB has appointed a person to handle forum issues I've been a long time player on both AP and UB. I agree with most of what PolarBears says. Imho the things that need to be addressed right away to at least get caught up with other sites are: 1. Save a table layout 2. Fix Timer issues (have to click for timebank) 3. Auto Bring up table 4. Hand Replayer 5. Cant unregister 10 min prior to trny start time The rebuy issue and fold to any bet need to be addressed as well, and it would be nice to have colored notes. Re(1): how many factors go into a single poker decision?? I didnt really see anything on the structure. What I mean how long levels are/The upcomeing jumps will affect how fast or slow u play. for instance if u go from 100-200 to 200-400/50 this is a massive jump. vs if trny went from 100-200 100-200-25, 150-300-25, 200-400-50. and diff between 15 min and hour levels etc. Also I think U are putting too much emphasis on where you are at in relation to average. Re(4): Need help finding a wild party place for vacation!!! this thread was over after first reply. I went to Ibiza this past summer. Ibiza is absolutely retarded. Clubs open at 8am and close at 7am. then the next one opens at 8am. The island is only open like 4 months a year or something. Only people I met that lived there were taxi/dealers. Clubs are massive and just sick. Women are gorgeous. Basically its just a ton of people from all over europe there to just party their asses off. Re(1): How come you don't see the big upswings in variance as often as the downswings?? way over simplified. In terms of baseball. If U fail 2 outts 3 times and hit .333 U r an ALL_STAR, and if u sustain this over time u r a hall of famer. In poker cashing in 20% is very good. So unlike in baseball where if u fail 2 of 3 times u r great in poker if u fail 4 of 5 times u r great. Any time someone hits over 400 for like a month they are on a sick heater. So if u are cashing in like 30% of trnys for an extended period u r obv on a tear. U just have realize when U r on a heater its not normal. Health Insurance for Poker Players? I need to get myself some health insurance. Looking for basic health and dental. Is there any company out there way better or worse than others' I am 25, single, no health issues, no family health issues, I havent been in a hospital in well over a decade. 6'-190. Re(3): multitabling SnG's You dont make hardly any READ based plays, you do make a ton of SITUATIONAL plays. Its all long run. Lets say u play 100 dollar stts u play ABC 10 tableing at a 5% roi vs makeing more read based plays w a 10% roi 4 tableing, u make 40 bucks a set 4 tableing and 50 bucks a set 10 tableing. Re(1): TEXAS LONGHORNS...... Or have your #1 team be ND and #2 be UT :( I went to both UT games (goin to 2 more) we just look horid on offence. We have 0 vertical passing game and our O line gets pushed around vs scrub teams. If it werent for UT's D wed probly be 0-3 thats whats sad. We just have 0 offence right now. DEF is OU's Year.
