UB tried to pull a fast one... I wish I would have saved the conversation between myself and UB live support. I really just thought this was odd and very unprofessional of a site that is supposed to have security in mind at all times. Ok, so I was trying to transfer funds on UB. This is something I have done many many times. I was having trouble with it so I decided to contact the UB live support. Of course they immediately ask "A" security question...which was my mothers maiden name. Obv an easy one, I answer correct. But according to the support team member it was incorrect. Was I right in shoving pre here? What were the reads on API' Tough spot with him flatting the repop, but you also don't want both players to see the flop. Overall I think you played it fine, you could have even raised to put half his stack out there to make him shove and API fold before you commit more than 2k...idk. Im confused. ft dbl gtd week in like a week ORRRRRRR...People can look at the fact that its DOUBLES week, lower their buyin amount enough to where they can ME to the max without crying. I have been patient and tried to contact this person, 12 hours after I shipped $500 through UB to PLSOM23 on P5s I was able to make contact. I had to look him up on UB and go to his table to talk. He claimed he had shipped the money and it was "still processing" on FTP. This doesnt make sense to me because lately their transfers have been really quick. He said he sent it last night, cancelled it today and retried. As I began chatting with him at his UB tourny table, the cash tables he had came off the search result.
