Had an PS echeck withdrawal post on the 6/2. On 6/19 PS sent email saying how sorry they were that it'll take another 3-10 business days. Fine, I say to my self, because the last 2 times this happened they give me 10% compensation...this time..so far..nothing.

still waiting from 6/2 echeck PS.. but seeing that there isn't an overwhelming ammount of posters having check cashing issues is a good interpretation. echeck, now, lets me deposit but with all this apprehension looming I'm hesitate to play.

Remember kimmichalep how he befriended everybody. For some reason I thought that was a scam. Kimmi hooked you guys in like fish. He tugged at your heartstrings by pretending to being an aspiring poker player still in high school. He ferreted out small little buy-in to sit-n-gos by being so likable. When I look at the familiarity of the IP writing style and kimmi's I begin to wonder.

Made a eCheck request 6/2 on Stars. Tried to make a eCheck deposit a few minutes ago and couldn't. Read the thread about the judges freezing poker funds and pray that this isn't an ominious sign that might affect my cashout. I don't know what to think, but I'm beginng to feel cynical about online poker. Any bright ideas on how US players can circumvent the law'

when I tried to cash out w/echecks on PS 5/17 they didn't allow this option,saying they have a backlog etc. So they instead gave me the option of papercheck or moneygram,and although they said to wait seventy two hours for a reference number for money gram it came a lot sooner,maybe 36 hours. googling a moneygram agent nearby helps. also when the agent asked for the city of origin( I didn't have this info,but he let it go. what the message says,essentially,is that come tomorrow if the echecks don't go thru then the monies will be redeposited into your poker accts. still waiting 4 weeks for cashout...and now this crap. how PS composes the email, it's obv. that they already know that the echecks aren't going thru.

same here. echeck withdrawal from 4/14 and 4/15 not deposited in my account. Wrote to PS 4/28 and they write saying "isolated incident" and your monies will be in your account in "any minute". Well they lied. Todays the 5/9. No monies. A echeck withdrawal from 3/14 I waited three weeks for.And they redeposited back into my PS account. What makes me angry is that I have to search them out for answers.Whereas they,PS,should be a little more forthcoming with their answers and problems.

a 3/18 ececk withdrawal is redeposited in my PS account on 4/8.They apologize and say this is an isolated incident.It was only a 100. But I proceed to lose it. Nice one PS. Nice gimmick,PS...ha,ha. On 4/14 and 4/17 make 2 withdrawals totaling 200. Email support on 4/28 questioning what's going on.They write back,isolated incident etc,sorry etc.,and assured me the money should be in my checking account soon.Using their words,"Anytime now". First about a month ago,I made a small withdrawal,and after waiting 21 days I receive and email saying something like we made a mistake...and they redeposited my withdrawal back into my account. If had the symptoms asformentioned I'd start off by checking my glucose levels.If I had to venture a guess I'd say yours probably runs low.Checking family history of diabetes is a start.

This isn't going to be a popular response,but who cares.If I were a police I wouldn't let my vanity get in the way of my job by relating stories in a public forum,especially ones where I say,"I went to a crime scene just two weeks ago and describe the crime scene, including the murder weapon and entrance wounds". Sometimes less said is better,especially in the eyes of the judicial system.If I were the prosecutor I would be upset that such police officers don't uphold their oath of office,especially in regards to cases that haven't gone to trial yet.He should know this.
