Re(1): Share Your Poker XFactor / CardRunner Experiences
Not much of a tourney player but Cardrunners has been vital to my cash game success. When I joined Cardrunners I was a long term winner at 5/10nl. Since joining I have almost doubled my long term winrate while the games have gotten considerably tougher over that same period. As great as the videos are, the cardrunners forums have had the biggest impact on my game.

Re(1): Click2pay withdrawal option gone..
got off the phone with them and they told me this is a policy change, but that if I would send them my banking details in an email to their banking department then they would process the withdrawal for me. I questioned them about why would I send that info to them in an unsecure email when they already have my bank details, she said it was the only way they could process withdrawals right now. I am officially very skeptical and concerned about click2pay.

Re(4): Click 2 Pay
FWIW, my experience was exactly like yours, minus the hang-ups. Just the fact that we are all being told the exact same thing from click2pay makes me feel more comfortable about using them.

Re(1): oh man, gotta love it- interesting HSNL hand and convo
such a sick shove being that deep. I couldn't put him on a 9 here so I am going to almost always bet the river. I bet call AA/KK. QQ is a tough one, I'm not sure. I bet/fold JJ. I might check 10's depending on the table dynamics. I'd be more likely to bet the river with any over pair with the board pairing the river.

I'm leaving Friday morning and playing the Friday and Saturday events. The main event will depend on how well I play in the first two events plus cash games.

Re(1): Interesting hand from EPT London Day1
Leading the flop with the nuts is pretty standard in deep stacked cash games. Many of the cardrunners videos advocate this as well. It is much less powerful than a check-raise so you disguise your hand strength, meanwhile you are building a pot and extracting as many chips as possible.

Short term victory for online gaming
From CongressDaily PM Judiciary. Senate Majority Leader Frist's attempt to attach a rider to the defense authorization bill to crack down on the $12 billion online gambling industry has failed, according to a high-ranking House aide. Frist was seeking to add a scaled-down anti-gambling rider to a bill that negotiators intend to complete before next week's recess. In July, the House passed, 317-93, a comprehensive measure to ban most forms of online gambling, as supporters contended that this year represents the best opportunity to crack down on the industry because of the political fallout ...

There are none. Spend the book money on a Cardrunners subscription. The 2+2 forums are good for cash games too.

Re(2): Players with families: How?
That is exactly the setup my wife and I have. I enjoy poker and sacrifices have to be made, so my sacrifice is sleep. Poker will always be around, but your kids are only young once and you better enjoy it now. For those that have issues with their wife, use some of that bankroll on some nice gifts for her and a trip or two and you will see how understanding they can become. It's the cost of doing business.

3rd hand of the tournament my KK was no match for QQ on a 566 board. I have built my 30 chips back up to 1000 and will make the greatest comeback in FTP tournament history.

I was told KrisQueen is Keith Sexton's son. I don't know if that is true, but a guy at the WSOP told me that and he seemed to know who just about everyone on the internet was. Irockhoes flew through the various limits. He was playing 2/4 and 5/10 not that long ago and now is playing the big games on Prima. Sbrugby is the best player in that 25/50, 50/100 game, imho.

Re(1): Calling all Senate experts, the bill is now on the Senate calendar
As an update the Calendar No 519 is meaningless. It means it is on the calendar but the number itself means nothing as far as what order the bills are voted on. I am still very concerned about Reid's comments. People of Nevade need to start writing and calling him.
