P5's Training Strategy Discussion: Hand From $50fo Hey Guys, Looks like a fun hand. In general I think calling these bets from DuckU isn't going to show a profit. I think his range is clearly polarized on the river and he has it so much more than when he doesn't. DuckU's preflop range is nailed by Gags, from a LP he clearly flats much wider as he loves to tangle in position, or even OOP from the blinds. I feel the only hands that you are beating are his small pp's that he's turning into air as all his Ax holdings just got there, and I don't see him turning TT-QQ into air on the turn and river. He probably checks back TT-QQ on the turn to ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

RDCRSN You are a ninny! Yea I said it! :) Live vids1-4 paadope, with live vids it's tough to go into too much detail since I have quite a few tables going on. I'm surprised live vid is what people like the most, as when it goes through the replayer I can take time and give my thoughts on the hands . . . will try to explain some spots a little more, R Posted in: Video Discussion |

RDCRSN You are a ninny! Yea I said it! :) Live vids1-4 Bubbleboy547 Typically when I'm playing I try to show the tournaments that are deeper at the time, but noted and I will make more of an effort showing some of the "bigger" touraments. But not a lot in my game changes based on the tournament buyin, if it's 6 max and I have chips I open a few more hands. The KQ hand I probably fold more than not. Flatting, 3 betting and folding are all valid options. Right now I'm in the works of upgrading my computer and setup so that I can get HEM going. Was worried that it might bog my computer down a little, but once I have that up and going, I ... Posted in: Video Discussion |

RDCRSN You are a ninny! Yea I said it! :) Live vids1-4 PokerZombie-My openings are 2.2x because it allows me to open more and keep my cbets smaller when I do decide to cbet. Poker has evolved into micromanaging your stack as well as possible, the smaller openings and 3bets allows you to do this the best. I have started minraising much more now too, or just over 2x. Richard- I would like to know all these +EV LP calls that I apparently missed. I feel I have a pretty good feel about what I should be calling with, and if I am passing up minor +ev spots it's because I feel a better spot will be granted to me soon enough to make up for ... Can't Copy and Paste HH's, can anyone help me? I use skype to discuss hands, and I'm not able to copy and paste HH's there. The only way I can get it to work is if I cut the HH down substantially. I've tried pasting in notepad, same issue. Assume it's computer related but I don't know how to go about fixing this, anyone have this issue and know how to sort it out' Thanks for any help, R Posted in: Poker Discussion |

RDCRSN Sunday Warmup pt2 I chose to 3b Menlo here as I think AJ is ahead of his range and by 3bing my hand it looks stronger. I didn't love my starting stack size for a 3b, but sometimes I'll do things that maybe go against the perceived "rules". I was fine with 3b folding there. Also think his shoving range is quite a bit tighter than whats been said above, but I could be wrong. The reason for AJ is because of blockers and guess once in awhile I will go for the hero call and if you have an A in your hand you're usually not in that bad of shape. Teddy, haven't looked up those hands. But in tournaments where ... Posted in: Video Discussion |

rdcrsn Warmup #3 I don't know which video you are referring to, if it's the live video and when I have that many tables going I am pretty tight. I'm pretty tight in general as I feel you can't play too much "poker" with 20 bbs. But I do come across tighter in my vids than I actually am. The next video I do I'll try and select a HH where I get a few more chips and open my play up a bit, R Posted in: Video Discussion |

rdcrsn 20r vid I just tried to find the hand too have a look at it, wasn't able to find it at the 11 minute mark. I'm not sure what % of his stack he had behind in relation to the pot, but if it is substantial then I probably should just be calling and letting him donk off the turn. Also, I check these boards a lot, depending on how big the pot is to there stack. If they have a pot size bet left, or just over, I'm almost always checking, or at least hoping I do. But it sounds like there is a good chance I didn't play this hand optimally, Gl at the tables, R Posted in: Video Discussion |

Re:SCOOP STRUCTURE for MAIN EVENT MUST BE WRONG ? Wups, definitely didnt' look at the blind structure just assumed. Still think that it should be a 15k stack minimum and starting stacks should differ. We are still only playing a double stacked cash game at first and you should be deeper. But the structure is awesome besides the starting stack, R Posted in: Poker Discussion |

SCOOP STRUCTURE for MAIN EVENT MUST BE WRONG ? Was just looking at a couple of the tournaments in the stars lobby for SCOOP; For the 10k main event it's 30 minute levels and only a 10k starting stack, I would have assumed this would be a 25k starting stack like wcoop ' I really hope the starting stack is changed for all 3 of the ME's as that's pretty ridiculous if it's going to play that shallow at first. Also for the rebuy tournaments I would have thought the addon would be larger, be cool to start getting some comments on these so that some of this gets changed, R Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Did I Play this Horribly? Am I the only one that checks back the turn here ' Pushing has that much value, because I don't see it, I probably pay off a small value bet, but if somebody makes a pottish size bet on the river we're only beating air and that's where reads come into play, R Posted in: MTT Strategy |
