Lost phone, next steps? Plz help me OT
Lost phone over weekend (BB-curve, with password, personal phone w/ work e-mail accounts synced) I don't care about getting the phone back, want to know what sort of damage control I should be doing re: info on phone, etc. IIRC, if the person that finds my phone enters the wrong password and if they are wrong 10 of 10 times then phone flashes memory... what about the memory card/etc tho' Any help/experiences would be awesome, TIA

Not trying to be a dick but are you kidding' FL is one of the worst states for protecting assets, they have a $1k wildcard exemption if you are declaring the homestead exemption (if you own real property, you have to apply homestead exemption even if there is no equity) and their vehicle exemption is like $2k. Check out California 703 or the Federal set if you want to see generous exemptions. FL and IN are some of the worst imo. The reform act didn't change the exemptions, it changed the Means Test and got rid of the "super-discharge" (student loans, taxes, etc). Exemptions are changed ...

Karma bitch :) PM me when you need to file, will do it for a few ozs of gold I've worked both sides, I previously was on creditor side and didn't like when I had to take people's cars (hence my name, repo_man). I now work on the debtor side and its kind of a rush to file a case at the absolute last minute to prevent a foreclosure, garnishment or repossession.

I've been using the minimalist running shoes for years and need a new pair (was looking at these among others today) They look heavy as fuck. 16oz v. 8.8oz for current shoes... 3-4 mile run they will be ankle weights or are they really that good'
