Close, I'm an escrow officer for a title company and I've seen many a closing delayed b/c some of the terms of the purchase contract were not approved by underwriting for one reason or another.

No you won't get the $2K and if you are obtaining financing you want to make sure your lender is aware of this gift from the seller so that they get it approved by underwriting. You'd be surprised at how many times stuff like this gets missed. Even if approved your lender may only allow part of the credit. Best thing to do is discuss with your L.O. $220K though you should be fine.

Redskins trading up with Rams to get RG3
Relax, we haven't even started free agency yet and have a ton of picks. Honestly, my biggest worry is Shurmur. I'm praying that the addition of an OC is going to really help improve the play calling. Browns should have had 6 to 8 wins last year. We lost several games due to horrific playcalling/personel decisions. Heckert will pick the right players. It's all gonna come down to Shurmur.

To me NB is the hard rock version of Matchbox 20. Boring and bland music written in paint by numbers style so that it will appeal to as many people as possible. Nothing about them makes me think wow that is fucking terrible (except perhaps soem of the lyrics) but there is also nothing about them that is in any way memorable or moves me in any way. They are just kind of "there". While I have no desire to see NB play a halftime show they are preferable to Black Eyed Peas, Britney Spears or many of the geriatric rockers that have one or two living members left that the Super Bowl has trotted ...

Yes, a few times back in middle school. Given the choice of a few swats or coming to saturday school was a no brainer. Always took the temporaty pain over detention or coming in on Saturday. Our Assistant Principal looked like Paul Orndorff (old WWE wrestler) so it fucking hurt... For the record I'm 35. Thought that corporal punishment was pretty much outlawed these days.

Rocksmith (Guitar Hero style video game except you use your actual guitar)
Wow, I may have to check this out. As a guitar player I wonder how the game mechanics and difficulty levels will work. You can't just pick up a guitar and play Bark at the Moon, Free Bird or a Dragon Force song without tons (YEARS) of practice whereas on the guitar hero and rockband games so long as you memorized the patterns you could pull that stuff off. Hey, if it gets people under the age of 25 to realise that you can make music that doesn't invoilve autotune and a sampling I'm all for it.

The guy is a toolbag but the girl needs to learn how to deal with this type of shit and shrug it off if she's going to work as a bartender or server. I did both as a full time job up until for about 8 years and still get behind the bar 1 or 2 times per month for a friend and it's rare to have a shift go by where you don't want to pop someone in the mouth but that goes with the territory. You have to be able to let that stuff roll off of you. It all averages out in the end tip wise and you have way, way more decent customers that fucktards. My buddy played fullback for a D3 school called Mount Union. He had the honor (or misfortune) of playing against London Fletcher and said those games against him were the most miserable football experience of his life. Yeah, it's D3 but my friend was a great player (built similar to the bus 5'7" 210 tree trunk legs) and being a white RB with a 4.7 40 is the only reason he didn't go D1. The difference in the amount of force a pro level athlete and even a good college level athlete is huge. Canton cops are much worse than Akron cops as are the cops in the surrounding suburban areas. Akron cops are basically looking for real criminals and don't have time to fool with you so long as you are respectful and don't give them any problems. Get pulled over by a Canton cop or a cop from an Akron/Canton suburb that is in a bad mood or just doesn't like the way you look and you are going to get a hard time. Canton and Akron are only 20 minutes or so apart but could not be more different and the cops reflect that. Canton has more of a WV/KY feel to it and the police reflect that whereas ...

I second this. Only caught Pantera once (around 97 or so on an Ozzfest bill) and they were great. I've also since gotten to see Down and realise that I was lucky to catch Pantera on a night where Phil wasn't f'd up and turning green like he was when I saw Down.

Best Live Band?
For me it's Maiden hands down. Seen them three times and they sounded flawless. Metal isn't everyone's cup of tea but anyone that has seen them would agree that they deliver live. I've only gotten to see Tool once but they get an honorable mention. Must also mention my one and only Phish concert. Was talked into attending and was reluctant to go as I can't stand the Dead and assumed that they were a Dead clone. I couldn't have been more wrong and really enjoyed it. What do you know about live 1/2?
Last hand of my session last night someone called my 4 bet all in with 66. I had KK and held. He had about $230.00. This despite me being by FAR the tightest player at the table. We had two other players open shoving their stacks (between $100 and $200) PF with Q4s type garbage (I had rags every time they did this sadly). Nearly every pot I won that went to showdown I was shocked at how weak my opponents holdings were. This tells me that I need to really look at my game and perhaps I'm giving up on hands too easily and that most of my opponents are even worse than I thought.
